I went to restaurant and dine with 3 other people. the place was crowded, and I order oven roasted chicken. it wasnt cook completely and chicken was a pink and the blood inside of it so I told server name Ricky the chicken wasnt done all the way so he took it and bring it back later the chicken was burnt outside and a inside of chicken were still wasnt cooked all the way also, also when he brought a vegetable with that dish were nothing but carrots. the first dish i had with mixed vegetable broccoli squash carrots, not only carrots! and the server name Ricky he knew I wasnt eating any chicken but he didnt even bother to ask me how is the chicken, instead he completely ignored and pretend not to see me that I still did not touch the chicken on the table I have incoming this restaurant over 6 years but this was a tavern night and have to watch my three other friends eat but I couldnt eat any of my chicken

Should have known we were going to have bad service when we asked for a bench seat for are elderly father and the host gave use a dirty look. Then are waitress got are drink order mix up with drinks we didnt even order. after that if we needed something we had to find a worker I would have given some leeway but the place wasnt even that busy. when it came to the food it was not very appealing to look at and it have very little flavor. we ordered their "deep dish pie" to go hoping for something good, but it was a store bought filling and top crust with no flavor and it looked like someone dropped it. Use to go here all the time, this will more than likely be are last trip here.

I really cant imagine why anyone would be so cranky as to leave a 1 star rating for this place and to complain about seating - so unfair. Im in from out of town and found this place to be terrific. The food was terrific and delicious (had the French dip), the service from Amber was extraordinary. Amber was so friendly and outgoing and everything came quick and exactly as ordered. The interior is very inviting, well decorated and clean. Oh ya, the desert; no way its store bought. Very very good. I didnt have room to eat it but couldnt help myself. The only problem I found with this place is that I ate way too much and there isnt one where I live. Great job!!!

Still here waiting for food. Usually this is very fast service, but for some reason today is just snail slow. They are busy, but no busier than I have seen before so not sure what is going on. Our drinks have gone empty a couple of times while waiting for the food. Server made a comment that it sounded like she had just put in our order even though we have been waiting a considerable amount of time. Edit: Finally got our food and man was that disappointing. Cajun salmon bland and poorly cooked. Patty melt just tastes of onion and nothing else.

Love the service,Marty and Tami are the best. But the truth is all the staff are wonderful. Very clean restaurant and the food is always great. When you combine good service and great food you cant loose. The prise for what you get is unbelievable the bakery items are fresh. This is why I have been a faithful customer for years. Also the owners are often seen pouring coffee and visiting customers. I have read another review regarding Ricky He always has shown respect and curtasee, one of the kindest service staff you could have.

The Rancho Cordova is the best ever, great food, Breakfast is great. Love the Blueberry pancakes, so fresh. We now ask for Elias, he is the BEST server, knows how we like our food, NEVER have to remind him of how we like things. It is just so nice to be able to sit and enjoy our meals. So clean and everyone is very friendly. No you are not just a little restaurant, you really step up and show your customers what it is like to serve the best food with such great service. This is one of our favorite local places to eat. The food is consistently really good, even when you order it to go, which we do a lot of. Favorite meal here is breakfast, though dinner hasnt disappointed us. I recommend the Tzatsiki Omelette, the sauce is amazing. Large place, so really good for groups, and they have a barista, so you can get mochas and such which are also pretty good, though stir them first. It make feel like an old person restaurant, but put that aside and bring your family.

The worst service ever. I would never request Maria. And if you get Maria run the other way because you will get the worsted service ever. Its like she didnt even listen to my order, also very slow on refilling, and lastly was rude. It was so sad because she was there to service, instead bringing the name of Brookfields down which are known for friendly neighborhood restaurant. I personally been going to this location since I was a little girl, wont be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed!

The food is very good. Their take out packaging sucks. I ordered two meals to go and the plastic packaging was so flimsy that the heat of the meal made it even softer and it was difficult getting it out of the bag. Then the cheesy plastic folded in and most of that meal went on me and the floor. I told them about it and other than saying oh really and sorry thats never happened before they didnt care. Maybe I was the first to say that but that doesnt negate the fact it did.

I ordered the Burrito Grande and was pleasantly surprised. The side addition of the rice was phenomenal. It wasnt just a side, it was a part of the whole meal, unlike most places where the rice is bland and just added. The servers are spot on with service and friendly. The menu is on nice budget pricing where other places are $2 to $5 more expensive but not to the quality as it is here. So make the right decision today. Come eat here and youll always want to come back.

Weve been coming here for years and have seldom had a meal that wasnt good. Lots of choices, from breakfast all the way through to dessert. Some standouts for us are the pork carnitas, omelets, gyro, and cobb salad, and the hot roast beef sandwich (the gravy is the bomb!) They also serve wine, beer, coffee drinks and some "cocktails" along with great iced tea. Even when theyre busy the service is always good, too.

Old peep American restaurant. I can tell when you see big seasoned salt and pepper grinder and shakers cuz old people lost some of their taste buds. But Old peeps have the same taste buds as kids and my kids love the food (old people become like little kids too and the dessert was eye-opening). I am talking about me when I mean "Old Peeps". The American Soul food is good, too. Service is better than average.

No matter how busy they are we never have to wait long for a table. The restaurant is always clean. Im never afraid to pick up the salt and pepper shakers or use the restroom. There is a variety of food on the menu and I have never had a bad meal. Sometimes the server doesnt pay enough attention to us as needed. But it is usually do to them being busy. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant.
