The person that took and filled my order was fast, kind and curteous. The seating area was mostly clean. The only thing that ruined it was the fact that two teenage employees felt necessary to basically yell back and forth as they talked bad about an absent employee (while cursing in front of my young children), theyre tans (not joking), their missing hours and jokingly calling each other bitches. WASNT and did NOT want to hear this or listen in but wasnt really given that choice. Annoying to say the least. No one told them anything and only two young males were doing all the work while atleast four other employees stood around. Gross! Hopefully these people learn proper work etiquette and/or grow the hell up.

So the location on google maps is entirely wrong....if you look at the "street view", its a picture of an empty lot! Was okay as far as Taco Bells go, but the a/c was broken today and it was all a little dingy. Employees were great, and they were slow when we went in, so "Justin" even brought our food out to us. Mexican pizza was fine, but the crispy tacos tasted low quality. Enchiritos didnt taste like I remembered them, and I think it was that same beef filling that made the tacos icky. Oh p.s. to the other reviewer...taco salads are back :)

Went to taco bell today with my grandmother, before ordering I went to the bathroom and after I got out I was notified by my grandmother that we had been given a discount. The man at the counter had noticed my Army workout shirt and had asked my grandma if I was in the Army. I have been enlisted for less than a month and have not even shipped out for basic training yet. He did not care and took her word for it. We did not ask or expect anything. Very humbling gesture by this kind man and was felt welcomed by staff.

While some employees (like Kevin) are exceptional, some others (including management) could use some improvement. They had an ant problem for a bit however they seem to have resolved that. I now typically drive the extra distance to go to the location near IKEA in West Sacramento, as this location is often 30-70 cents more expensive per item than that location (some are 10c more and some $1.50 more) Typical lunch I save about $2 per person going to the West Sacramento location..

Food is ok for fast food mexican, but watch your drinks. Its become a habit that every time I go here and order a reg soda, I end up with diet. Nothing worse than that nasty diet aftertaste. I have tried numerous times to contact them to no avail to let em know. Their cinnabon balls are hard as rocks and the inside is not soft and creamy. They must either over cook them or cook ine day and use the next. Totally gross.

The worst ever because they got my order wrong AGAIN how many times I let them slide but they make the SAME mistakes OVER and OVER. I dont care how busy you get but LISTEN to your customers and wait times on drive thru is crazy people go thru drive thru to get quickly out not wait the rest of our lunch there. I cannot eat cheese or lettuce yet they put it in the food I ordered.

The food was ok, but it took at least 20 minutes to get through the drive through at 9:45pm. They served about 5 vehicles during that time. Way too slow. Two stars because the girl at the first window at least apologized for the wait. Wished I had gotten pancakes to go at IHOP, haha!

OMG!!!!! We went when they first opened and there salad was stail!!!!!!!! Like how does that happen ?? All of our food were nasty and the food was expired and we had to get new food but, our new food that we got was also expired...... I would recommend not to go there.

Must have caught them while they were training new people. My order was easy clear and they even repeated it back to me word for word. Didnt get one thing right. Oh well they were able to get me what I wanted and offered me an extra drink if i wanted.

Ordered items we not what was given. Received items from Dollar menu. Not cool! Spent $11.53 and received 4 dollar menu items. Called to resolve no answer first time, second time was a hang up. Will keep calling til I get a manager.

For the most part its a great taco Bell, but I gave it 3 stars because they have messed up on my order at least 5 or 6 times. Whenever I say no sauce on their quesadilla, they seem to put sauce on it.

Fast clean restaurant. Offered us drinks and a dessert for the wait time the car made in front. Nice lady at drive thru. All my items made it to the bag. Food was good and made correctly.

Friendly and helpful crew. They did give me 2 soft tacos with my combo #4 but it comes with 2 taco supremes that they kindly fixed for me. Dave Smith has pretty good Taco Bells.
