The burgers are tops and the fries are super delicious... specially when hungry. I came here today because I was so hungry and I didnt want to get out of the truck. I order me number one with American cheese and bacon. I also ordered me fries and a strawberry lemonade. It took a while to get my order, but it is expected from Sonic, any Sonic. So no problem there... people, listen, this chain of "fast food" restaurant is not fast at all. Do not go to a Sonic expecting McDonalds speedy type of service. My food arrived and I gave the kid a $5.00 tip. What he does is not easy and it is more difficult while wearing roller blades. He left, I get my burger, I take a huge bite and????? No bacon! What the H! I took a few more bites and still no bacon. I looked at my receipt and I was charged for it. You know what? I can live without bacon {no I cant} and without seventy something cents. But next time I will carefully inspect my order in front of you boy! They dont deserve a bad review. I was treated with respect and frankly honest there is plenty of parking, sitting area, the food is great and they have a huge selection of tasty drinks. So come on over and have a burger.

This is a fun car hop drive thru burger and shake place. You can park your car, order from your car, they deliver and you eat in your car. They also have a regular drive thru and outside seating. They serve breakfast all day and have excellent French toast sticks. The shakes and slushes can be made from unlimited combinations of flavors. Make sure to go there during their happy hour so drinks are 1/2 price.

Very incosistent with the quality of their food and drinks. You can get a great sandwich one day and the next day the same sandwich tastes frozen, burt, or extra hard. Even the shakes are inconsistent we have order shakes and gotten something that tasest like ear wax. Staff is nice though and its conveniently located next to the 71 fwy, easy to get to.

Terrible wait time. Customer service is non-existant. Asked to talk to a manager why it was more than 25 minutes to get my food. Manager never came and the car hop just handed me a voided receipt without an apology. I just wanted to be heard so I filed a formal complaint. Doubt anything will happen.

I really did not enjoy my time at the drive through because it took about 15 minutes at the window to get our drinks. Also, while we were waiting, the workers were giving other cars behind us their order. Overall was a bad time but hopefully they will improve their service in the future.

Ordered 6 large shakes: 2 hot fudge 3 strawberry cheesecake 1 cheesecake It was after 8pm so shakes were 1/2 off and 1/2 whipcream. The srawberry cheesecake, they forgot the cheesecake. This was the Pomona location, will not go back. The Rancho Cucamonga location always great!!!

The drive thru takes a bit longer in their service but this place is one of our got to stops for comfort food. I really try not to think about all the calories I consume when I visit Sonic. The food is hot and yummy. But honestly I can only have their food once a year.

Sucks, diarreah food. Plus there hotdogs are small af and the price for it is ridiculous, coffee frappes are nicely made, but still a ridiculous price for the wait and portions. And in the end youll find yourself regretting the money wasted on the throne.

My drive thru experience took a long time but I did notice that most of the staff was gathered around what looked like an ice cream machine. The burger had brownish lettuce and I was expecting a burger almost as good as in n out but it was no where near

I come by every so often, service has not been bad. Food quality has been ok. Will keep going back. 11Aug17 I just came home and opened my order. I ordered the pretzel dog, i find a chili cheese fries. Im hungry so i ate it. Sucks getting bad service.

Terrible service. Pressed the red button twice at 2 different stalls. Then went thru drive thru. Whistled, said hello,I tried to get their attention. Waited for around 7 min. All I wanted was 2 slushies at 11:00 they open at 7 am. No one answered.

Came to Sonic Friday night about 1:30am, and was given fries with my meal, that had to be sitting there for HOURS. Hard and stale, and most were cold. Whoever bagged them had to have known. Went back and was given a fresh batch by the manager..

I like Sonic generally however our order of 2 shakes and onion rings took over 20 min. I was convinced that they were traveling to Hawaii for more onions. Other than our unacceptable wait evwrything was good.

Parked and ordered. Over 30 minutes for a small order during happy hour. Manger says there is only one cook, but the drive through is going quickly. So disappointed, Manager doesnt seem to care

Very pleased with location. Well taken cared of, put other nearby sonic locations to shame. One more thing how can the card reader work in Pomona but cannot work in Rancho Cucamonga. WTF?

Nothing favorable, they need to learn how to make the drive-thru a drive-thru and not a park-and-stay. Food needs to be started when ordered, not when you get to the window. SMH. : (

Slow, slow, slow!! Last time I went it took them 25 minutes to prepare a simple order of sides. Dont go there unless you have a good chunk of your aftetnoon to waste of your time.
