I am only giving them a 1 star because the people were nice in La Verne. I would prefer to give a zero star review. Now that In-N-Out has adopted the cook it until you kill it policy, I can say that I will never eat there again. I have been eating there since I was about 8 years old and I am now 55. Back then you could order a burger rare and you could get it. They did not cook it past a (true) medium. They were so tasty!!! About 10 to 12 years ago they changed their policy, where they would only cook it medium rare, which was not even the (true) medium they used to cook. I could tolerate them cooked that way, but it was not as enjoyable. With their new policy, it is like eating card board, or beef jerky with zero flavor. I hate to see the end of this company for me, but I guess I must. We now live in a country that tells food establishments how to cook their meat, rather than enforce stronger laws on cleanliness. Just cooking meat until it has no flavor, does not make it okay that it was contaminated in the first place and it does not make me feel better to eat it. I will be making my hamburgers at home from now on

This place was slipping a little, dressing was very light on double meats and animal fry, then they picked it up. Quality has improved, burgers come out hot and taste great. You can actually see the girl fixing the lettuce on the double double to face forward. Hope the improvement continues, this in& out is the closes one to home.

Service was great! I paid it forward to a Navy sailor and I asked the associate to be discreet about it....which she was. She was also very efficient and friendly! The air conditioning was not on in the foyer, so it was very hot for all the patrons waiting for their order or to place an order. I love In-N-Out!

Love this location! For some reason, this location is the tastiest! The customer service is always great and the food comes out perfect!!!!!! Always fresh and delicious! The outdoor eating is clean. They have an employee out sweeping and wiping down tables!!!!! You never have to clean your own table!

This In-N-Out has two drive thru windows and a little walk up area. Only tables for eating there are outside with some small umbrella coverage. They do a great job keeping lines moving and getting orders out quick at high quality. Never had an issue, and obviously the food is incredible and cheap.

Food is great of course. There is no doubt about that. However the drive thru design is horrible. No indoor seating, and the little seating available is uncomfortable, needs better shade space. Overall, and most important, is the food. Everything is delicious and fresh.

I love in-n- out. from the time I got to place my order it took 10minutes to place then by the time I got to the window it took a half our to get my food let alone people had to get off their cars to place their orders cause you couldnt here the person taking orders.

Love this place and the food. The menu is simple enough, yet the offerings are delish. The staff is always cool and friendly, while staying professional and keeping to the details. We always come to this one when were in town, and they ALWAYS get our order right!

This is where all the ULV students go to survive. Youll find this place packed regardless of weather and time of day. The burgers are obviously great, but the best part is just sitting next to other crazed, starving students at midnight during finals week.

One of the older In n Outs in the area, still putting out fantastic food and service. The quality is the same as in all of their locations. This one has two drive ways for drive through, so it feels like youre getting your food faster (even if youre not).

Got my order wrong. Asked for grilled onions and ketchup...got neither. And also asked for it to be put in a box. Got it in a bag. Meat was red, not cooked well. Sounds like First World problems, but I havent had a bad experience at any other In-N-Out.

During lunch time they are super busy, and it may take a few minutes to get your food. They have some pretty long drive through lines, and sometimes when they are super busy there isnt enough room on the outside tables.
