It is very difficult to find good pho these days. Theres no shortage of pho locations, but even the top place tend to slip. If you want a pretty good pho place without the crazy wait, Pho Ha Noi is for you. Especially you live near by, the other Irvine pho places are not the worth the drive and wait. Its nice to get the same friendly service every time that I go. Im guessing that its family owned and nothing taste better than family made pho. Its easy to love a place when you can build a repore with the staff. The food here is very basic- nothing fancy, but I like that. They do use MSG, but it doesnt seem to over power the taste of the food. I like the pork chops and rare steak pho. It wont win any awards, but if Im hungry and dont feel like waiting this place isnt busy most of the time. Ive gone here during busier dinner times, but I usually get my food quickly. You wont see the normal Vietnamese people talking loudly to each other because they dont want to work. You have to go else where if you want to experience that. Food when you want it and its not fast food. Try Pho Ha Noi!

The food is absolutely wonderful! Best mixed fried rice Ive eaten since back in Texas. And the ice lemon tea, simply the best of all time! The service however leaves little to be desired. The place is way too busy to only have two waiters/servers. They literally have lines of people waiting outside and those two poor kids were running around like crazy trying to serve everyone! They even got my order wrong because of that. If they get more people, then definitely worth five stars! Will still go back, just maybe not on a Friday night.

This is my favorite Pho place in Irvine as compared to Golden Bowl, Pho Bac, Pho Factory (which is my 2nd favorite in Irvine), Better tasting than the others, but, not as good as Pho 79 off Brookhurst. The Pho and Bun here are great, their beef spring rolls are really tasty as well and they have a great jasmine tea. Service is great, food comes out quick, and it is reasonably priced. For two of us, a vermicelli bowl and a pho bowl and an order of spring rolls with a ice tea usually runs us a little over 20 bucks not including tip.

I go here about once a week or every other week for a bowl of pho. The pho tastes authentic and the portions are decent sizes for both medium and large (small is not available). The only negative point I find is the overload of salt in the food. I have to drink a gallon of water afterwards to stay hydrated.

We love this place and its our go-to spot when were craving pho. My wife is a vegetarian so we love that this place has an option for veg broth instead of meat broth. The veg pho is awesome by the way! Also, the kids love the pork fried rice here.

Favorite spot. The broth is the best in town. Doesnt make you want to hurl like many other places. Never disappointed with this place and I likely eat Pho 2 times a week. Ive been to more than half dozen other places. Not at all satisfactory.

The soup has good flavor, but too much oil floating. They have enough rice noodle, but not well spread, with some tangled together. The pepper sauce can be a little darker and denser with more real stuff. Overall its a good Pho restaurant.

I was there by myself and directed to seat with a stranger even if there were empty tables. I refused to seat at that table and took my own, the server said something in Vietnamese and served. Very rude behavior.

Pho Ha Noi is my go-to pho joint in Irvine. Hands down one of the better pho restaurants in the neighborhood. Great portion size, and flavorful broth that doesnt have that MSG aftertaste.

Found a piece of the metal scrubber to wash dishes in my order. I was grossed out. I would never go there again. Who knows what else is in the dishes. Too risky!!!

Its a delicious restaurant. The price is very reasonable. Its very crowded at lunch and dinner time. If U are into Vietnamese food, this is a place to come to eat.

Food is solid but a big plus was how accommodating they were when I mistakenly order 4x of the wrong item (though I do blame it on the menus bad typography).

Pho soup is good. Enjoyed the friendly service. Would recommend the pho. Other items on menu like the sandwich are average at best.
