I was there for lunch with my girlfriend. First off the biscuits are amazing .... The food on the other hand was mute. My girlfriend ordered the clam chowder with her main meal and it tasted like nothing ... My salad on the other hand was great. The entree on the other hand were something else on top of that. She ordered the shrimp trio which she liked and I had the captains fry dish ... With a side of loaded potatoe.. Let me start off with the only appetizing thing on that dish was the potatoe and their fried shrimp .... The breading on the fish tasted like card board .... The scampi were soggy .. And the fried crab strips were so grainy it literally tasted like you received a mouthful of sand. It literally grinded between your teeth like fine sand and it would not leave your mouth. My girlfriend tried my plate and said the same thing. When complaining to the waiter seeing the only thing that was eaten off my plate was the shrimp and the potatoe he shrugs and is like well I guess I can get you some more shrimp sir. Save your time... For a restaurant that specializes in sea food they completely have it all wrong. I get better fish fry at yard house and they only have like 1-2 sea food dishes. Will probably never return.

we arrived at red lobster at 645pm. we waited at our table for someone to come and at least offer us if we needed soft drinks. they kept walking by helping others except us. i notice how two different families sat down after us they were served no less then 5 minutes with drinks and they order their food as well. finally one waited notice we was just sitting there, with an attitude he said i cannot serve you because i have so many tables, i asked him who was our waiter he said i dont know. the service is very very awful, their attitude awful also. we finally walked out after sitting there for 35 minutes and no one ever came to serve as or ask if we needed something

The food is always good at this Red Lobster as is the service and the atmosphere is just what you would expect for a Red Lobster. The seating is open but spacious enough that you dont fee that neighboring people are listening to your conversation. Although I dont drink, I especially like the bar because of its ambiance, and if you are a sports buff, there are few TVs in here. If you like seafood you cant go wrong eating here. Id recommend it to everybody.

Terrible Management and terrible host organization they were letting in many parties in before us waited longer than 2hours and people who had just gone in about 10min went in before us their excuse was they were trying to get comfortable before letting a big party in but yet again were letting parties of 2,4,6 ahead of us really disappointed do not recommend if you have a big party

We had a good experience. Love the steak and cheddar biscuits. Just wish our server was bit tidy on table maintenance, we had to ask to take plates and glasses away. Bit annoying to be honest. Its serving 101. Im more sensitive since Ive trained over 500+ servers in my career working for CPK. She was really friendly for our party being high demanding.

Should be called the Silver Fish-- One ran across our table mid meal! After waiting forever for a manager, and the rest of our meal by the way (not that we wanted to eat it at that point!), we flagged down a waiter for the check. Which was only compd 15%, despite 1/2 an entrée we never received and providing our own extermination services. Never again.

My husband and I went there for dinner and had such a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Our server Landon was so tentative, friendly and quick. I will recommend this place to all my friends! Thank you Landon for taking such pride in your job!

Service was great as was the food. My family and I enjoyed everything very much, and had a great time. My only complaint would be that it was a bit pricier than other restaurants we frequent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for date night.

Took my gf out for her birthday, they brought her a large plate with one scoop of ice cream with a candle. Lame! You would think with a tab of $140 they would have at least let her choose a dessert from the menu idk its red lobster dont let chilis out do you

Took too long for only 2 dishes one was just soup btw, bad service all around.Even for our drink order & for them to come out. Ill pass on coming here. Food was ok, bread came out with the food. Seriously just get seafood at a Burger joint!

The Manager Amy Watson went totally out of her way to make us comfortable for the long Mothers Day wait. And of course the food was delicious. We appreciate her and the staff for making sure we were comfortable and served in a timely manner.

From entering the Palmdale Red Lobster, it was GREAT!!!!! Cannot remember the last time me and my family had such a perfect dinner, from the service to the food---- EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!!! Thank you red lobster!!!!

If I could give a minus 5 star I would. I had a fly fried into my fish and bugs on the inside of my fish. A manager was supposed to call me back but no one ever reached out to me I was sick for 3 days. Dont eat here

Not sure why the reviews are kind of low but the food here is great!!!!!! The only downside I think and is not a turn off is the price that is a little high but for the food and the area I think is ok.
