My husband and I stopped on our way home from airport. The minute we sat down it started off bad. I opened my napkin with the silverware and the silverware was dirty. We placed our order. Hamburger with fries for my husband and garlic shrimp for me. Waited 45 mins for food. When it arrived we where a bit shocked. My Shrimp was very small and no garlic taste on it. One little scoop of rice and steamed brocolli. Tasted terrible. Husbands hamburger was just a patty on a bun with very little fries that where cold. Waitress brought lettuce and tomato out and lettuce had no green to it at all. Tomato was smaller then the patty. We ended up with food poisoning and we know that it was from Red Lobster. Terriable service, food, and everything else. What a waste of a 25.00 gift card. Will never ever go there again, and we are telling everyone that we know.

I came out to this red lobster which took me and my family 45 minutes in traffic to get to. When we showd up we were seated quick but 20 minutes later still never received our drinks or even got our order taken. My husband heard 2 employees (dark guy and the dark haired lady) talking about us that they were fighting who has to serve us because they were judging us on how we looked. They assumed they wooulnt be making a good tip off us. we always tip more then average never coming back here again. I am so happy I did not waste another hour here with such bad service.

I originally was going to go with a 1 star review as we have now had two horrible issues with this restaurant. After the second time of getting orders incorrect and slow service, the management did eliminate the costs of the incorrect orders from our bill and gave us gift card to come back so I gave them the extra star for their attempt to fix the issue. However, I dont think Im willing to go back there again at this point, even if the food is free. Luckily the gift card is redeemable at other Darden Restaurants. Hopefully we have a better experience next time.

Food tasted good until I found a long black hair wrapped around my shrimp. I wasnt going to complain because Im not one to make a scene so I paid my bill and the manager happened to be walking around to each table asking how the food was and I was honest and told him there was a hair around my shrimp and he literally excused why there was a hair around it. "We just switched to wearing hats and hair nets, it seems somehow hair can sometimes find its way onto the plate" if you want to eat food with someone disgusting hair in it make sure you eat at this place!!!!

TERRIBLE-DO NOT EAT HERE! Where do I start!- the lobster and crab were tinier than any red lobster Ive ever been too. It was overcooked. The salad was soggy and the food wasnt served for a whole hour. The entire restaurant was nearly empty. We had to ask for our drinks after the waitress past our table several times. Plus she was picking up dirty plates on the same tray she was delivering new food to customers! Red Lobster- you really need to investigate this restaurant. Its way below standards.

We had dinner here and it was good. We had to wait 35 minutes to sit ,but what made it ok was that we decided to wait at the bar. Mary the bartender was nice, and very attentive to everyone. She kept her eye to make sure everyone was taken care off. Hands down to her because it was packed. The food was fresh and good no complaints. Second time here so far so good. Keep it up Red Lobster and staff 5 stars.

Service for us both times was good. Scallops taste frozen but they came on the seafood sampler so were still ok for the price. French fries are horrible. Below even fast food standards. Pasta dishes also way too much. Crab Alfredo used to be 11.99 and now its 18.99 for the same thing. Only order the lunch portion if you want to be teased. Overall good but a lot of room for improvement still.

Nice atmosphere, great food, but everything is way too salty! I had a lobster tail bake and had to drink a couple glasses of water afterwards. We shared the artichoke spinach dip with lobster abs again it was too salty. .. the sea food sampler had over fried calamari and fish. .. a little disappointed because we paid a good amount to eat as a family of 4.

Lobster or rubber? I was passing through Valencia, and thought I should try it. Last time I ate at one of their restaurants was 12 years ago. I ordered the most expensive one on the menu so that I can just try a little of everything. Got the salad after and not prior to my meal. Service and quality of food were poor.

Ive been to Red Lobsters across the country and this might just have made it straght to the bottom of the list. Definitely over price and crab legs were not even close to par. Service was ok. More about sales than quality of food i would say, maybe due to this place is next to Six Flags California.

This is a prejudice Red Lobster. They segregate you. If your color skin they automatically seat you by the restrooms. Furthermore if youre white they seat you in the middle section. I dont respect a franchisee that operates this way and I will notify everyone I know and I will not be coming here again.

Stuffed sole was perfect. Crab legs were delectable. Salad was cold, crisp, and refreshing. Service was the best Ive ever encountered. Our server, Anthony, was Johnny-on-the-spot and my family of six was never left without something to eat or drink. Well worth the money.

This is my wife and my favorite spot to stop. Food is as good as any other red lobster we visit, service is great. Inside is beautiful with tons of reclaimed wood and exposed ducting. My wife and I usually stop at least once a month on our way to LA from Fresno or back home.

Great service ! It was my brothers birthday n the manager, who helped us figure what was good to order (great selection), brought him a desert of his choice for his birthday - no charge. Waitress was very helpful and food was delicious !! Plan on going back soon !!

The service was good and the food is good. Its pretty much your average Red lobster, but if youre not familiar with it, just know its just like any other franchise restaurant, it tastes good, but not great. The prices are on the higher end, but overall fair.

Worst service ever! Food was ok, muscles were good, salmon was so so, mushrooms were ok, lobster bisque is horrible!... took over 1 hour for our food to come out... Ridiculous!!!!! 5-7-2016, got in at 2:40pm and finally just left at 4:24pm

Fried food is very greasy; lettuce in salad was old; service was poor. I have given this location so many chances hoping for improvement. Im done. The only thing I like are the biscuits...luckily Costco sells the mix.
