My girlfriend and I showed up on Saturday January 3, 2015 to watch the NFL playoffs. It was our first time there. We found a table and ordered a picture of beer. A few minutes after that we heard that the building was surrounded by ISIS Muslim terrorists. The manager handed out a bunch of M-16 rifles to all the customers so that we could defend the business and our lives. We posted up by the windows and thats when the ISIS guys started shooting. I saw about 100 guys outside dressed in all black and some had the ISIS flag waving. We had about 70 customers with M-16s shooting back at the terrorists. The battle lasted about 1.5 hours. We finally killed all the bad guys. We went back to our table and noticed that our picture of beer had been shot through. The manager gave us another one at no charge. We started watching the game again. We realized that we missed the first half because of the battle. We both liked the place and we will be back to watch more of the playoffs.

Stopped by shortly after they had first opened and was excited that there was a brewery near by, took a look at their website and they claimed to have the best chocolate porter. No. Not even close. One dimensional, thin, and little to no chocolate flavor. Tried the flight and then got a pint of the chocolate porter and of the Thomas Jefferson as a customer favorite. The others were just standard run of the mill, some had harsh tannins as well. Ill definitely be trying again in the next couple of weeks, maybe they needed to get some kinks sorted out?

Galen and his sons brew some of the finest ales and beers that I have ever tasted. My personal favorite is New England Commons which is medium dark in color and full flavored. Over the months I have come to know them all. They are all very personable as well as very professional. They all have a passion for brewing fine, quality beers & ales but Galen’s personal passion is Early American History. He is very well read and very well spoken. If you enjoy good beer that is not in the flavor “mainstream” and intelligent conversation look no further.

I love this place because its frequently visited by servicemen civil servants police officers fireman teachers and many others to discuss American history and the wonderful things that are going on around occasionally we talk about politics. The young man Todd Hood who brews the beer is an Exquisite brewmaster. He knows what hes doing and he Brews the best beer in Norco may I suggest the Lexington when it comes back on tap. 10 good brews to choose from and the atmosphere is incredible!

Galen is not only a great brewmaster, but also a fantastic host. He and the crew at Sons of Liberty Aleworks are absolutely incredible. If youre interested in beer, history, politics, or philosophy, then you couldnt find a better destination. This is by far the best microbrewery in Riverside county. Their Shays Rebellion is my favorite beer on the planet, but I also particularly enjoy their Porters, IPAs, and even the Shandy.

Do to the limit of Ales present, its hard to give the Brew Master any input. The décor was acceptable and the staff very friendly. But I understand more products are on the way.
