We called at 11 PM last night, and were told they were open for food till midnight. Drove down from Wildomar and arrived at 11:25 PM. Unloaded my husband, who is fully disabled and in a motorized scooter, from our minivan and were inside the front door at 11:30. The hostess asked if we wanted to be seated and we said yes, wed just called in and were starving. She took us to a table, then left and came back, saying they had a last call for food and we just missed it. Keep in mind that it was still A FULL HALF HOUR before closing. We reminded her that we had called in and been told they were open for food till midnight, and asked to speak to the manager. He came and said there was nothing he could do, that even though they were open another half hour, we couldnt get anything to eat or drink. He then said that as a special favor to us, he would allow us to order something to eat as long as we got it TO GO" - it could not be eaten there, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT CLOSING FOR A HALF HOUR. We were absolutely livid and left at once. Do not know if we were being discriminated against because my husband is disabled, but we are going to follow this as far up a chain of command as possible. We also will be making a public complaint and statement to the appropriate people first thing in the morning. Have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant in my life, and to see a disabled person treated so shabbily makes my blood boil.

Came here with my girlfriend and was immediately bombarded with four different people asking us how things are. I ordered a grilled chicken BBQ sandwich with a side salad. Salad got dropped off with no silverware and not a single person stopped by for 5 minutes. I finally got silverware, then shortly after received a chicken wrap, sent it back because it was obviously not a grilled chicken BBQ sandwich. 15 minutes later I received a crispy chicken BBQ sandwich and the server took off for another 5 minutes before asking how things were. Sent the food back again because it was not what I ordered! At this point I dont want anything. The server comps the meal (obviously) and brings the bill; however there is a drink charge for a drink that we never ordered! We call him over again to reverse that. At this point we ask for the manager. Manager comes over, apologizes and says "yes I know thats why I compt the meal" no discount or gift card (not like we will be coming back). Hey manager, of course you compt it, I didnt get what I wanted! Not good enough. We finally pay with a card, bill gets dropped off with no pen, we sit, and sit.....still sitting waiting for somebody.

I went ahead and attempted to have a good meal at buffalo wild wings yesterday and it did not go well. First things first, the "clean" both had black hair all over it. That is so unsanitary and gross. Secondly the waitress completely rushed us to get our food, wasnt open to answering questions, and was short with the ones she did answer. After our food came rather fast, we noticed that we only had 14 wings in the "LARGE" order of wings. Also my group was fine with having spicy food, but I wasnt and I asked the waitress specifically if the wings were spicy and she said no, and when we got the wings, well completely different story. Next, not even 15 minutes go by, all of our drinks are empty, we havent had any refill the waitress brings us the check. Then my friend brings over the manger who then takes the check away and brings us our drinks, telling us he was going to give us a discount. We wanted more food but didnt even get the chance to order because of the service. We ended up leaving with 5 dollars off of a 54 dollar bill. Definitely not going back, and defiantly not worth it. Management wasnt all that helpful either in resolving the issue.

Been coming here since they re opened after the fire. Today we celebrated my wifes dirty 30 and the service was downright terrible. We watched Patron after patron come in after us to be seated before us. Finally, once we were seated it took an entire 20 minutes for us just to receive water. We had to actually call, on our phones, ask to speak to a manager for him to come out on the patio, assure that wed get better service only for them to screw that up as well. The entire time we dined we had waited for the birthday crew to come sing happy b day, but did they make it before we left? Negative! The manager was extremely apologetic but I had got the feeling he was just trying to get is out of his hair. I hope the one opening in menifee has real management and this doesnt happen there. We will not be coming back to this location and I recommend you look elsewhere if youre considering this spot. No Bueno, no Bueno at all....

I hope the actual General Manager gets the chance to read this but it will be immediately followed by an email to the highest level I can get to. Placed an order for over 100.00 which we do as a family about twice per month, when we got the order home it was wrong we ordered the wings extra wet and they were dry as a bone, we called the asst GM and his response was immediately "what do you want me to do about it" when in all reality it should have been I am sorry let me make you another order right away. After five minutes of arguing with the asst GM my wife went back up to get the replacement wings which the asked for the proof of the other ones to be brought back, like I would spend 4.00 per gallon in gas to get a few free wings. Then when she gets back she realized that they never gave her the celery and carrots so we ate wings without, almost torchure............

The remodel of this location since the fire has added a lot more televisions and an open floor plan. Quite a bit of tables in the dinning area with booths that surround along the wall. If you get a table, eyes will be on you. Customer service isnt outstanding, but is not terrible - your normal sports bar atmosphere. The food has not been an issue since the remodel for me, always as ordered (extra crispy and extra wet) Happy Hour, 3-6, does offer some quality appetizers at good rates, and typical beer specials - available in dining as well. However, the HH fries can be hit and miss, as any fry order can be as it sits in a giant bowl under a heat lamp and is pulled from as needed (ask for fresh fries) Never have had any issues as several here have stated, its a sports bar that serves wings and beer - dont go in expecting wine and cheese with Sinatra playing at a candle lit dinner. Enjoy!

I just tried to eat at this bww and the first thing I ordered they didnt have the bun for, so the waitress comes and tells me but doesnt have a menu for me to find something else. The second thing I ordered I figured was simple and easy a chicken ceasars salad how do you mess that up, well you put chicken on a dry bed of lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese and some croutons no ceasars dressing. This place has a low rating for a good reason. If your going to spend your hard earned money I wouldnt suggest you do it here.
