Placed an order online. Paid online and was notified the order would be ready in 25 minutes. Showed up there over 30 minutes after ordering, waited in line (no call/online order pickup line) for about 10 minutes and expected my order ready. Had to wait another 25 minutes for my order once I confirmed I was there to pick up the order. Horrible customer service. The food was okay (not great) but I would really consider how badly I want to go through this again for wings here. Take head and dont expect your order to be on time if it is dinner time. Ironic thing about the online order is picking how much time for the order. I selected "starving right now". Other irony is how many 5 star ratings received are from "Google user" and nobody was willing to leave their "ID".

Very nasty! Wings are cold and they are just dipped in sauce, not cooked with the sause like bww. Bread is soaked in oil and fries are not fresh. Restaurant is dirty and you have to ask them to clear the tables, but they take forever because they are slow. My bf and I ate on a table with two empty beer bottles from some random ppl, we couldnt throw them away either because theres no trashcan. The soda machine is filled with ice on the racks at the bottom because it doesnt work, the ketchup is all over the place and ontop of the straws. Nothing compared to bww. Oh and it gave my bf diharrea

One of the worst managed Wingstops. Came here on a Football Sunday. Had 4 workers total when there should be at least 6. The only 1 front cashier was worked to death. She told me that day there were 1) a few workers who called in sick, 2) she was on cashier, phone, order callout duty, AND training 2 new people, 3) why is training held on the busiest day of the week?! Not sure what management was thinking! 2 stars for nice, hardworking people and great wings.

I live in Pomona and go to the wingstop by towne. SO after the movies we went to this wingstop. It wasnt that good. Wingstop is good and the fries are bomb and the wings are big *pause. So this wingstop in chino hills was ehh. My fries werent seasoned and the wings were small. Did I order the wings from the kids menu or wat? do I recommend it? Nah go to the one in pomona. and its too small.

Omg!!!! Worst experience ever!! Wrong order, even after they repeated it to me 4 times. I called it in and they said 14 mins I got there 15 mins later and still waited 25 mins longer there. They were out of BBq sauce. They ran to Vans grocery store to buy BBQ sauce off the shelf. Never again!

Get the ten wing Combo with fries, ranch, and a drink. Come alone or with a friend or friends. The service is friendly and the Wings taste great. Ive never been dissapointed. Call ahead for even faster service.

I like any other wingstop but this one . Really bad service and the wings looks white they dont even have flavor no lie i recommend wingstop but if is your first time trying it dont go to this one

wings have always been good... service.. sometimes leaves phone off hook so they dont take anymore calls I called 35 ish min before closing gotten dial tone twice..
