I just left wing stop about 3 minutes ago and I was extremely mad. When my boyfriend and I walked in no one greeted us the 3 workers looked up at us and went right back to whatever they are doing. We stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes if the phone wouldnt have rang then she would have never approached us. She not only answered the phone rudely but she still didnt greet us she just said are you ordering bone in. After we ordered she walked to the back leaving the customer on hold until another customer came in to pickup his online order that still wasnt ready. And when my order was ready she threw the bag on the counter and mumbled the order I couldnt even hear her so I double checked my order. I work in food service and I know it can be tiring and irritating but at least fake it. I cant wait for the one in Fontana I hope its better.

The problem with a popular location like this is that they get swamped and your online order which quotes as 20 minutes could easily be 10 minutes longer. Dont order the Korean flavored wings, Im not a fan of it. Lemon pepper and their classic hot wings is the way to go. I do like that they open up the containers to verify what you ordered as we all know how that can get messed up when things get hectic in the kitchen.

Service was absolute crap. Took 30 minutes to get a 6 piece with fries. I was the first to order before the train of people started coming in. The thing that ticked me off the most was the people who ordered after me got their food first before me. 3 ORDERS of 10 piece was served before ONE order of 6 piece. I like wingstop but not THIS SPECIFIC wingstop.

Like everyone said good wings bad service plus they charge you for ranch or blue cheese, your better of buy a bottle the price and size they give yo.buffalo wild wings dont always give them for free and ask how much I want. Now that good customer service

The service was bad and the wings where not done i asked for garlic fries and didnt receive them the only thing that was good about stopping at that wing stop was the ice cold drink because it was hot that day ..choose a different wing stop

The only reason I only gave them one star is because of their customer service. I called in the order and waited on the line for almost ten minutes had to hang up and call back and the girl acted like that wasnt a problem.

I love their wings and fries so much but they take way to long sometimes to sever people or waiting period time way to long. But other then that it a great place to get good wings
