If you are reading this review, you too likely had an unpleasant experience at this Wing Stop. Time and space will not permit me to leave all the details but needless to say the service was deplorable. I waited 40 minutes at this location for an order with only one other patron at the restaurant. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked about my order only to find out that the staff had lost my ticket. When I expressed my displeasure and requested a refund, the manager couldnt figure out how to refund me and had to call the owner for instructions on how to refund me. The situation escalated from there and a week later I received a call from the owner of this franchise Wingstop because I called corporate to complain about my experience. While the owner did apologize for the experience I received he was less than willing to offer me compensation for the negative experience I had at his establishment. When I informed him I would leave my experience on social media his reply was very opinionated against persons who post their experience and about social media and would not accept that comments either good or bad are a customers right to express and share ones experience with others as either a warning or a positive share. This was actually my second negative experience at this location. I would say most of us love the food at Wingstop but the service and staff at this particular location are extremely lacking in professionalism and service. If you patronize this location just know in advance that the owner and staff have adopted an us versus them attitude toward customers and in my opinion if it were not for the location, the business would have already closed due to poor service. I gave one star because there was no way to not leave any stars or a negative star. Signed, Extremely Disappointed.

The food tastes good but next time I will drive the extra distance to Pomona due to the worst service ever!!! I have to wait on hold every time I call, and half the time I am disconnected. Just had the worst experience ever... I went in and there were four people in line ahead of me. Yes, crowded, but shouldnt have been more than 10, maybe 15 minutes to place food orders. I waited 40 minutes!!! The cashier was awful, she had a problem with each customer. Then a very old woman (white hair) tried to order a beer and she carded her!! The woman had to go to her car to get her ID and the girl just looks at her rudely and says sorry, company policy. They dont care about the customer at all. The next person in line had called in the day before for a 200 piece wing order which they lost! Then they had to place everybody elses orders on hold to rush hers... finally I get to pick up my order and they lost mine too! So I had to wait for them to put together a 200 piece order before I got my food. It took over an hour to get out of there when I had called in the order beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous. I know this is a long rant but it needed to be said.. from the looks of the other reviews, the management is terrible and they dont care at all about their customers. Never coming back.

The food is great but the customer service in this place is absolutely horrible. The first time I went in, Id called in an order to be picked up in a few hours. When I got there, they hadnt even started cooking it yet. Three other people were already there waiting for their orders ahead of me. The staff did not apologize for the wait and just said that it was cooking right now. I wrote it off as a fluke and waited but I was starting to get upset as the minutes ticked by. Twenty-five minutes later I had my food but I was not leaving a happy customer. The second time, today, I went in and ordered. The place was empty again (wonder why). The staff got my order out in good time but they didnt seem to care that I was there. When my order was up they kind of just left it on the counter and disappeared in the back. Didnt ask me if I needed anything, thank me for coming, or none of that good old fashion customer service talk that makes you want to come back soon. Reading the rest of these comments, I can see that now that my first experience was definitely not a fluke. This staff needs some serious training.

Pros: The food is good. The chicken is always crispy and delicious. The staff is very very kind and great you upon arrival. I do appreciate that they ask for your ID when using a card to pay for an order. Cons: Just dislike that I have had multiple problems with items being forgotten over the past couple times I have went here (and it is usually the sauces they forget). I had 3 ranches and 1 original hot sauce ordered and I my received the orginal hot. Which is rather disappointing when their chicken is pretty boring to eat without some sort of sauce and when they only had two other guests in the place. I dont know if anyone else has noticed the smell of the place smells like a chicken coope. Which I guess fits it because they sell chicken but I have never smelled that smell at any other location I have gone to. I dont think I will be ordering from this location again any time soon. The one in La Verne is my go to from now on.

0 stars very rude staff they had an hour and 15 min to get my order right 730 ready was 745 and we ordered extra crispy and the wings where almost raw called back and was told to come in and they would fix they order when i asked to start they order he tells me to come get a refund or come wait i refused and was placed i=on hold for ten min got frustrated and hung up the phone and went done there when i get there the kid ijn charge comes out and tells me that they where well done i open the box and show him they were not well done he gets on the phone for a couple of min comes back and says that he has to refund to re do they order hands me my cash and then tells me he does not wanna serve me staff does not care and they owner should fire them NEVER GOING BACK 0 STARS

We went at 10:30pm to get some wings and ordered them over the phone which they gave us a time of 15 min. We were 20 minutes away so we thought we would be just right on time. It took us over an hour to get our food then they got the order wrong and offered us some more but 4 of the 5 extra pieces were grizzle and cartilage so they were inedible. So many people before us had been waiting even longer than an hour and the customer service was horrible. The people were rude and ignored customers and when they did answer they were so disrepectful acting as if the customers were bugging them. It was an awful experience. This is right around the corner of my house but I will be traveling to another city when I want some wingstop due to the horrible experience.
