Absolutely disappointing. Ive been here a couple times and it is normally fine. But this time was horrible. I ordered the cajun DRY rub and it is one that Ive had many times. This time not only did I return it twice but eventually just got a refund. The people working today obviously didnt know how a DRY rub worked. Picture below. (If you zoom in you can see how much rub is caked on.)

The lady at the front desk was very professional but it was the slowest service . I waited for 30 minutes til I got my wings . what are they doing back there? Did they wait for the chicken to grow then kill it and cook it for me.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating, polite and make you feel welcome. It can sometimes take awhile to get a refill and way too much ice is put into cups.
