We were charmed by mostly positive reviews for this restaurant and visited it last week. It is situated inside a hotel. There are 3 receptionists at the door, however, they seem to be absent minded and only greeted us after 5 minutes of standing at the door. Then we were taken to the patio seating. It is ok with a bit sterile. The waitress finally came and took our order. We mentioned our diet restriction with no cream and butter. When the entrees came, we started to eat, then we felt a bit uneasy and wanted to double check whether the chef had put cream in it. It took a while before the waitress appeared again in the patio. She checked with the kitchen and indeed they did not know about the restriction of no cream. It became a disaster. The worst thing is she did not feel sorry about it, only said they could remake it. But too late.

Food was excellent. We went there on a Wednesday evening with a Groupon purchase - although we ordered quite a bit more and paid a lot more! Service was much to be desired, although there were people responsible for different services coming and going into a very empty room where we were seated, they would come and politely look around and disappear for the longest time. Only the person who served bread was warm and natural. Everyone else seemed in one way or other, to be uncomfortable in their serving position. The music was very annoying and totally unsuitable to the elegant image of the place. Overall, for what we expected and for what we ended up paying, I found the service to be rather miserable, cold, and the atmosphere to be very dead and boring - quite disappointing.

I was an overall fan of this establishment. However, my last visit was very disappointing. First, we were not greeted at the door and had to choose our own seat before anyone came to us. We were given an old menu and we knew this because my friend tried to order a mushroom dish and was told later is was not on the menu. The music turned off mid service, disrupting the experience. The staff needed to be reminded to refill water. Finally, the drinks were noticeably stronger the second time around from the entire party, degrading the quality of the drink. Of course there were a lot of positives to the most recent experience, but the negatives are not acceptable in an establishment which prides itself and values itself based on menu prices on a premium experience.

Besides imposing gratuity of 18% to all parties, our credit card was charged extra $, as we found out days later. The manager, Luca, said that it has to do with the system of our card...weve been using this card for years at various restaurants in various cities...this has never happened before. One thing did happen once: a waiter at a different restaurant added more $ for his tip. Somehow I tend to think that this had to be the case here. Besides that, the food is just ok: see Zagat, its 22 points for food...Urth cafe is 21 points for gods sake! A restaurant charging these prices should be 25 points and above

Well! Beside how famous the restaurant is! I had my worst experience that I ever had with a restaurant! I ordered a shrimp pasta and I ended up getting something else which until this moment I dont know what it is. Well, when I asked about the reason behind this, the server was like "we have changed our menu recently " and I dont know how does that relate to our situation! What he said does not make any sense. I dont see any respect for the customers time. This is what exactly happened to me and I dont know if its ever happened to anyone else.

The WORST FOOD & EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The atmospher is just ok. This place is a joke. If you want to have an awesome meal with a Great atmosphere, I would suggest The Eveleigh on Sunset. Definately worth the money. As far as Culinas, dont waste your time or dime. Would almost eat fast food before ever eating at Culinas in the Four Seasons again. This place is a SCAM! (Btw, good luck if you bought an $89 Travelzoo voucher for this place. They will make sure you get what you paid for). Beware, Culinas at the Four Seasons is a SCAM!!!

My girlfriend surprised me. She purchased tickets for the white truffle menu and I had no idea until we parked and we walked to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20+min since our table was not ready yet. Of course, the wait was worth it though. Excellent food, excellent presentation and excellent service. Wish the portions were bigger, but thats what a tasting menu is. I would come back for different/cheaper ingredients next time.

Had a lunch meeting here at the Four Seasons this past week, though my boss is the regular here ..i find the lunch menu a bit lack luster for Vegetarians. The Lemonade was overly sour..but i must say the spaghetti when brought out had a very chewy texture and i didnt hate it! It was just really small ..and simple..which was fine. once again wished they had a bigger range for vegetarians.

My favorite fancy casual dine-in restaurant. I love the laid-back atmosphere & city cafe chic decor. Easy to walk-in, order, pick your seat. There were enough people there at 8:30pm Wednesday night for the place to feel lively, and we still plenty of seating to choose from. The porchetta is AMAZING. Must try. Pair with any pasta and youre good to go.

From the unassuming front, you would never guess the delicious food that awaits you inside. Three of us had caprese salad (stacked high and seasoned perfectly), veal scallopine with prosciutto, fettacine with mushrooms, and papperadelle with lamb ragu. All stellar. Dessert was just as good. Service perfect, all agreed we will return.

My wife and I went for dinner on Groupon. We werent able to have only thing over $42 on the main meals so that cut out any meat dishes. So I had the chicken and my had fish the chicken had no taste and fish was so so. I would have rather gone to California chicken and had a better dinner and save me $125. Would it go back NO!!!

Food, attentiveness, everything was great. Except receptionist. Either racist or total idiot who doesnt know how to handle customer. If she was a total idiot, she is not even qualified to flip burgers at fast food restaurant. If she is a racist, then well...nothing to say. Id like to be in more detail, but itll be too long.

Fabulous Italian food! We stopped in this evening to check this place out. Our group ordered 3 different entrees - all were tasty and were well portioned. The restaurant has a nice beer and wine selection as well. Service was fast, polite, and attentive. Its great to add an Italian option to Little Tokyo. Well be back!

I finally decided to check this place out since I live on the same block. This place is amazing, the food is great, the service is wonderful, and the coffee is the best in the area. I tried the margarita pizza and was very impressed. Definitely found my new favorite brunch spot.

My husband and I went there for a date night a few weeks ago and it was absolutely magical. Our waiter was an older gentleman who was probably the best waiter Ive ever had in my entire life. The wine was amazing and the meal was positively delightful!
