You can go here if you like paying an arm & a leg for the worst restaurant experience ever. An absolutely horrible, unprofessional and tacky service. The rudest staff, starting with the manager, horrible hostess with an attitude who is having a power trip (not sure why, not like her position requires a PHD or even a high school diploma :), miserable bartender (too bad dont remember his name)... and I can go on and on....oh & rookie waiters who dont know what the heck they are doing. One thing is for sure... they wont be getting my business ever!!! And looks like I am not alone in this, just take a look at other reviews here. This place DOES NOT deserve your business, even if you are a tourist, there is plenty of nice places here...this is LA! Please dont leave our city with such a bad taste in your mouth, like this place may give you. There is plenty of good food here in LA and great service, this is definitely not one of them, dont be fooled by the scenery and the singning fountains.

I have no idea how anyone can give this place a good review. I usually dont write reviews, good or bad, but this trip weve decided to review "everything" Our experience was way under our expectations. The hostesses were very friendly and we were seated on the second floor, which was one of the only upsides to the entire dinner. Second floor has a great view of the Grove and the atmosphere is (could have been) very nice. However, I think they were closing the floor as our waiter was very stressed and seemed more interested in seeing us leave than in delivering anything resembling service. The food was okay, but not better than that. If youre at the Grove I would recommend The Cheesecake Factory instead. Prices, service and food is much better.

I went here once with my family for a dinner before watching a movie in the theater closeby. One good thing I can really say about this place is that its really nicely decorated and upscale. As for the food...it did not totally match up to the quality of the atmosphere. Its not bad, but just nothing spectacular in taste. I remember us having one pizza dish, linguini with clams and wine sauce, seafood spaghetti and fetticine alfredo with chicken. All decent, but somewhat bland in taste. In conclusion, I dont recommend this restaurant unless youre in the shopping center and have nowhere else to eat.

Dont get the Calzone. It has lots of cheese and fake ham squares that made me sick for the rest of my trip. The pasta was very bland and the waiters forgot about us, so we looked like a couple of idiots sitting in the restaurant for 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. There are better places to spend 20-30 dollars per meal.

The waiters are great, I loved the italian ambient, waiters actually will tend to you in italian if you want to. I really recommend the iced tea and the pasta, the location is gorgeous with an breathtaking view of The Grove, everything is spotless and average price but totally worth it.

We ordered , waited and a wrong meals were delivered to our table. The guy took wrong orders. Then we waited and waited, and finally got cold food. I have seen other people enjoyed, so apparently we had a bad luck. I will try again the next time it better be good.

Had the creamy orange risotto and red wine. A bit expensive but worth the flavours. Party of 2 or more will have to wait in line 10-20 mins outside near the fountain. Lasagna and lobster was fresh and fragrant.

We just finished eating there. The pizza is to die for and the salad was good too. Very great service . We are glad we stopped in. If you havent tried it out yet, we highly recommend it. You will enjoy!
