TERRIBLE!!! They take forever to get u your order. Its filthy inside and their employees are dont even have any respect for the job. I went in with my son for the first time ever so he could play in the play area. There was no one in there when we walked in it yet there was food on every table, food under the tables and a whole drink was spilt on the floor as well as a whole meal dumped up in the jungle gym itself. We sat at a table back there for probably 15 to 20 minutes and not one employee came into clean let alone even check it out. Their screens in their game monitors had so many greesey finger prints I couldnt even look at them. While waiting for my food by the front there was two employees sitting in Im guessing their breaks just complaining about their jobs and the management and how they disliked the place, loud enough for any one around them to hear. Definitely wont be going back any time soon.. Someone needs to get control of that place.

Came here today not one single person in the lobby 5-6 people working 3 standing around looked at us a few times didnt take are order till I said excuse me. There were no straws in the straw bin no lids except for the large cups the soda machine button sticks so soda got everywhere and they just stood there also the staff have potty mouth the f word is not acceptable in a food Establishment at all and joking around flipping each other off its not a playground you work at a fast food joint your job is easy so maybe they need to focus on the customers and not play around. By far worst Ive seen.

I work at this establishment we work our butts off to give customers what they ask for. We try our best to not get your order incorrect. The order takers are very polite. Customers dont understand the fact when they have a rude additude towards us then we are gunna have them back. I know that its disrespectful but so is saying that our food sucks or we serve cold food. Im sorry but we are trying the hardest we can. I love the staff, yes the food is a bit over priced but we do everything that is possible to have a good service. I love burger king.

Be careful going here right now. Im not sure if it is because of the new staff after the re-opening, but the service was very unprofessional. The food took a long time to prepare and even then my order was not correct. The background music was being played very loud, maybe a new sound system with the remodel? The manager was asked to turn it down, which she begrudgingly did slightly. Overall, it was a very unwelcome feeling. Hopefully the new Jack-in-the-Box coming across the street will be a better option.

The hours of operation posted on their corporate website and google are incorrect. I arrived at 11:06pm on April 17th expecting to be able to have my dinner. I showed the shift manager their website and asked him to tell his GM so they are not wasting others time. The shift manager told me in a very rude, and disrespectful tone that he didnt care and the hours are posted on the front door. Then walked away. Sadly I will no longer be a customer at this store.

Just experience the worst service simply because for some odd reason their card reader at their drive through couldnt read my perfectly fine card. Instead of figuring other ways out ( like tying other registers ) I got " this doesnt work here man " from a lady manager, asked if I had another way of payment as I didnt so handed me my card and raised her shoulders and walked away ... would not recommended this place ever !!!!

I have always liked Burger King in the past but over the last 2 years I am highly disappointed. The "whopper" patti is thinner than the onion slices. The buns have been hard. Plus, how is it that a whopper jr. meal (small) is $5.99, but you can get a small drink for $1.00, a whopper jr sandwich for $1.49. Frys cost $4.50?? Really?! Quality, Prices, and Service were extremely poor.

The food wasnt as bad as the Lady in the drive thru. Her name was Jade and she was the RUDEST person i have ever came into contact with. i was in customer service for 3 years plus (even at a burger king) and i would never treat a customer the way she treated me, so thank you Jade for ruining my experience i will never be back to the post falls burger king thanks to you!

Soda machine was out of everything but Dr pepper then they are slow it took 20 minutes for 2 whoppers one fry and one rings then when we got the burgers the Frys where nasty they tasted like they got them from the trash so they cooked us new ones another 10 Minutes wasted now me and my girlfriend dont feal good DONT EAT HERE

Recently renovated to include a kids area. Nice eating area with some interesting seating options. Can watch sports on the 2 tvs in the lobby. Only complaint is that the food generally takes awhile to get. Average wait there was around 5-7 minutes even when there was little traffic. Most BKs are a little faster.

Got a #1 from this place. First they messed up the order then after eating their whopper not ever 30 min passed and started feeling sick and started vomitting 3 hrs later. So I got food poisoning and its been 4 days since then and still have diareah and vomittin. Avoid this restaurant no matter how hungry u r.

First they charged me for the wrong meal, then rather than refunding the amount and charging me the proper one, they did a refund for a senior coffee. This was roughly a $0.20 difference from what I should have received. Yes, it was only $0.20, but it is my money that I work hard for. Show professionalism.

No problem with the employees order took an extreme amount of time, but I did receive an apology from the employee. Pop machine was out of ice the whole time we were there and the floor was very sticky. I think they are just understaffed and this is no fault of theirs I look at it is the ownership

Well I want to say more good things here but sometimes I just cant. Sometimes the staff here seem like they do not want you to bother them with hard things like ordering. This place is clean. They can get busy and the drive though always has traffic.

The absolute worst burger I have had in my life. Likely the worst food I have ever had in my fife. Tasted and looked like it came from a garbage bin. Do not eat here, we deserve more for the over priced and unhealthy. Worst burger in the WORLD.

Employees were very nice and food was fast.. My problem is with order accuracy, my sandwich was completely wrong and just thrown together and when trying to call the business I got a weird almost dial up tone and no answer after 3 attempts.

Messed up our order again, then they asked if we wanted any sauces and neglected to give it to us. It is time to retrain these people. We also had to wait extra long to receive our cooled food. Oh, not even a receipt.
