This ramen joint is fairly new as it took over a former ramen place. For a Saturday night around 7:30pm, the place was pretty quiet. I ordered #1, which is one of their most popular ramens. The broth was creamy and flavorful. There was an abundance of chopped green onions, which I also enjoyed. The pork was just the right texture, not too chewy, and sliced thin enough for not over-working my teeth and jaw. Side note, you can order an extra order of chasu separately and eat it alone or dipped in the soup. I also had the cold seaweed appetizer. It was fresh and refreshing as the bowl was laced with a layer of ice. Everything tasted good, the service was fantastic. The waitress came by just enough times. I wasnt rushed and the ambiance included just the right amount of lighting. I would be open to coming back again.

Toraji is one of my favorite ramen shops in Gardena. Their best dish, in my opinion, is the tonkotsu shoyu ramen. Its a very hearty, albeit fatty, bowl of ramen. So tasty, but you feel so full afterwards! Its a shame that this great ramen shop is tucked away in the corner of Pacific Square with small amounts of visibility. Id hate for it to go out of business.

They make good ramen. Convenient location for parking. As most ramen places are, Toraji also is a good place to come and eat alone as well as with friends. Staffs are friendly ramen tastes good with thick soup. Maybe it is too thick for me, I felt it too oily to eat more on my half way of a bowl. Still good!

Ive been searching for the best Ramen in LA! This place is definitely near the top! The Ramen is firm and amazing. The Char Sui pork is amazing! The owner was so nice and explained that its a 2 day process to get the meat so tender! The Broth was thick and rich!! Would come again!

Took food to-go but they were kind enough to offer us a seat and hot tea while we waited. Spicy ramen (~$9) was bomb. Lots of toppings by default. Saturday evening and not much customers around; but the food and their hospitality will bring me back for more!

Used to come because ramen was $6. Now it is more expensive but still really good.
