Were regular customers. Never had issues with the older lady (ansa or something like that, supposedly the manager) working there but tonight was the last draw. My wife, 4yr old, and I came in. There was a 2 seater table and a booth open. They wanted to sit us at the 2 seater table and but my 4 yr old in a high chair?!? My wife asked for the open booth then the old hag bluntly stated, "were busy" and walked off. There were no lines, there were no other people waiting. We love the ramen here but the old lady seems to be the common complaint with patrons. We will not be coming back here anymore. Thanks for the attitude old lady!!!

Utterly horrible service. They have this strange policy where each person must order something, "NO SHARING". However, they allowed some of us to not order in the beginning and then share our rather large meals. Only after we had finished eating did they inform us of this policy, essentially forcing us to order extra food we couldnt eat before allowing us to pay and leave. Throughout this the manager was incredibly rude and not understanding, only pointing to the tiny fine print. We spent around an hour just sorting everything out. Absolutely miserable and never coming here again.

Wrote our name down. Waited outside the door, in the cold, for an hour with a crowd. Everyone else got called in, figured it was because we were a party of 3, so it mustve been hard to find seating. But then 3 Japanese guys came and waited for 10 minutes, the lady calling people in skipped us and called the guys in who showed up. She seated them in a table for two and pulled an extra chair for them, and left us out in the cold. Waste of my time.

This is a Japanese ramen restaurant. The soups are good. A must try in my opinion is the spicy miso soup. The service was as it should be. A good balance between checking on the customers and not hovering too much. This is a must for late, and I do mean late Japanese soup cravings. Once I try a few minutes more soups I will update.

Very tasty, very friendly servers and prompt on table service. Fair prices. The broth is a little bland if you dont go spicy. The eggs are inconsistent (sometimes great sometimes just ok), the pork is delicious! Some of the best ramen pork Ive had. In the end I prefer other nearby ramen options, but this is good too!

Food is delicious! But one particular waitress is not so nice. Made me wait for a chair/table for 15 minutes even though their were some available but simce I was alone she wanted me to sit on the counter instead of table. But the food is soo yummy that im willimg to overlook her funky attitude and f*off look.

I dont go to Japanese ramen restaurants very often so I dont have many restaurants to compare this place to. My ramen is flavorful and tasty (almost bordering on too salty), but my wifes was less salty. Seems a bit expensive as well. My bowl was over $10 for only 2 pieces of meat and half an egg.

Always top notch ramen every time I go. They never let me down, with great service (unless its packed, but thats understandable) and friendly faces. I love going after 10pm due to the fact they have two special ramens that appear at the time. Check it out, you might be surprised!

I tried going here twice. I am not from the area. As soon as I pull up they close the door and put the closed sign. Another time I was in the area, I called and no answer. I show up and I see people inside, I called 3 times before they answered and told me they where closed.

Delicious food. Ramen is delicious! I could probably eat it for years on end and not get sick of it; and I cant say the same for many other restaurants. Great great food; I encourage you to try it out, especially the chicken. Its amazing.

Tsukemen is on point, like Ramen 2.0. That reduced pork broth tho.. every bite is unique. I love their fried squid also, its always done right. Ive had other ramen, this place stands alone. 5 stars. Service rocks too :)
