The service relly suck here and the food took way to long and when we got our food it was cool. Bake bean was out of a can, so was the greens and they had no hot link or potato sald, we ask for a Pepsi and got a cherry pepsi. The ribs was cool and had a lot of fat on them. The try tip dont not even look like try tip. The fried chicken was not cook all the way. They gave us white bread. I will never come here again. It was my husband and I grist time here and we will never come back here. I will not tell anyone or anybody to come here. They need to know how to run a business and learn customers service. WHAT I PAYED WAS TOO MUCH MONEY AND THE FOOD F**K SUCK

HORRID! Wasted 25 bucks for food I could not eat. The beans didnt have their sweet taste, their shell macaroni crap tasted so dry, I thought it was expired. My nephew threw it up, the ribs were overcooked, they had no patatoe sald, no rice and it was early in the day and they ran out! The customer service was pure crap, made me wait 45 minutes just for beans, "craparoni" and 2 ribs-unacceptable! They were rude as hell. I usually support local, But Im boycotting this place without no second thought or hesitation, goodluck to this poorly managed soup kitchen!

My husband and I heard very good reviews as well as reading the reviews. So when we decided to try this place out I have to disagree; where do I begin. Out of chicken, potato salad. The gentalman front taking G our order was a bit rude and short with us. Ignored it and ordered. We waited (still waiting) 1hr & 10 mins. I need my money back and will never r es turn here again Plus the only one that knows how to use the register is gone. Went to but more chicken. This place is without a doubt the wrist place Ive been to. No one should come to this spot.

The meat is out of this world. Prices are high. The beans and potato salad tasted like it came from a can or carton. The mac/cheese was dry. Everything was way over salted. First time there but everyone and I mean everyone was getting shorted on their orders. They ordered sides and they werent given to them. After I saw what was happening, I checked mine when it came and sure enough, it was short two sides and the bread. I gave it two stars because of the meat, otherwise it would receive one star. Overpriced cause the sides were poor quality.

I travel the country and always try to find a bbq place. This is, hands down, some of the best bbq I have ever had. The 5 of us who ate there all at the same thing. The food was incredible, large portions, for a good price. Its a nice comfortable atmosphere. The staff was incredible friendly and willing to please. They were closing as we pulled up, told us to come in and made us feel very welcome. I can not recommend it enough! Go and Enjoy!

First time I ate at this great restaurant was when it opened. It continued to be great periodically after for about 2 years. For some reason I went back today and I will never return. The food was cold (not my turning point) but when they brought me my silverware that was it. The fork still had a layer of dried food over it. I couldnt rub it off with a wet napkin. This was the end of the line.

The first person to review is correct. Not only is the bbq great, the inside of the restaurant has a great feel too, and smell. The people are friendly. They deliver, my fav is the bbq chicken salad (no sauce) served with ranch dressing. The salad is complete with carrots, olives, boiled egg, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Nice size salad, bbq chicken absolutely delicious!!

We always try to support family businesses in the area and not the giant franchises, but my experience in this place really made us think again. No costumer service, Not organized and no one knows what the other has done. Did not get to taste the food so cant judge there, the inside of the restaurant is nice thought.. That was the first and last time.

Poor service , short on my order , no rice, no mashed potatoes, no hot links, overdue mac n cheese , my hamburger patty was plain supposedly they mix patty wit hot links n other meat but taste just like grocerie outlet patty. Had the catfish , lightly battered in corn meal. Delicious. Serving was enough for 2 , had the the peach cobbler for dessert , also delicious. Yes , dont let the outside fool you , once you walk in you will be pleasantly surprised by the cozy , homey feeling of the interior. 2 big tvs with the games on.

This is The Best BBQ place in Fresno. Their food is absolutely delicious. Their prices are spot on and reasonable for all the food they give you. The sauces are really good too. Its family owned and operated....you cant go wrong. This place, in my book is better than any of the chains here in town.

This place used to be really inviting, clean, and the BBQ was the best in Fresno. Its a completely different story now. We were so excited to eat here again but left feeling disgusted. I hope they turn it around.

My fish that I and my family ordered was cooked extremely wrong. Fried fish is supposed to be crunchy, not soft and very wet.
