Came here with a group of 5 people and we had to wait for a little bit. They dont take reservations so do plan accordingly. The staff was super friendly and I liked the layout, decor, and the use of positive/negative space for the dining area. We ordered the huevos rancheros, wet breakfast burrito, new denver omelette, and chicken chorizo. All the dishes were tasty and consistent. Overall Id give this place a solid 3.5 stars because I wouldnt say there was any one dish that stood out in particular. Their food was just consistent. Using the right ingredients in fairly standard combinations. I had the breakfast burrito and it was as expected. A large burrito with tons of filling inside. They didnt skimp out on the chorizo and the sauce had just enough kick. I did feel that they overwhelmed the dish with the sauce and made the burrito super soggy. Im sure others prefer it this way, just not me. They had slices of avocado on the top and sour cream. Everything worked for the dish and it was filling. For all the dishes, I thought they were a little light on the seasoning but you can fix that accordingly. One thing to note is that they do not have fresh squeezed orange juice, they serve Odwalla orange juice. Service was great, the waiter came and checked in on us every now and then. He took his time to explain the menu to us. They do have a small parking lot near by but it is usually full. Theres street parking. A great place for breakfast/brunch. I would come back but I would like to try other places first.

Asking a friend who grew up in the area for brunch recommendations, it was either Doyle or Bettes, with her preference being the more "interesting" entrees at the latter, rather than the typical items at the former. But, given that I have a notable dislike for long waits, we went with Doyle, where we waited ten minutes, if even! Looking over the menu, I immediately understood what my other friend had been saying: the fare here is definitely more your typical, solid, non-gussied up brunch items. Not making the mistake Id made the day prior at Mymy though, I went and ordered the Italian eggs benedict this time, which was, well, deliciously flavorful. While the poached eggs here were of the slightly runnier variety, they were still damn enjoyable. As a perk, they carry this one habanero hot sauce that Id never tried before, which was fantastically mouth burning! Now, to find my own bottle... ***Accessibility Info*** Venue - A pretty large and spacious place, and plenty accessible. Bathroom - No comment, since I didnt try them.

This place is on a nice, quiet street. The food is average, I think, for its type. There was a short wait (~15 min) on Sunday at brunch time. The food came out quickly. An experience that wont affect most... Guy: "...and will you be tying your dog outside?" Me: "No. As a service animal, shell be joining me." Guy: "Thats a service dog?" Me: "Yes." Guy: "Are you sure?" Me: stare at him briefly "Am I sure? Am I sure of what I just told you, that shes a service animal." Guy: "Well, she doesnt have a vest. How can I know its a service dog?" Me: "A vest isnt what makes a service animal a service animal. And you know shes one by my having just told you she is."

The first thing you notice about this place is how loud/noisy it is. Short of a Chinese street market, this place carries sound like nobodys business. This place made a name for itself earlier in the day, but we discovered this place only recently and can safely say that for the price and experience, there are better diners within a 5-mile radius. The food is good and Doyles has got its business down to a science, but just doesnt stand out from the (boisterous) crowd.

I will tell you that the food here is fresh & great. The food is for sure the reason I keep coming back. I will say twice I have come in and my party and I have had to wait more than 5 mins for a waiter to approach us to ask for even our drinks. Seems to tend to other patrons even to those who were seated after us. They say closed mouths dont get fed and on those two occasions I had to ask for assistace. Is it because Im black? Makes me say umm.

I had an all-day meeting next door to the Doyle Street Cafe and had breakfast before the meeting. Then our who group had lunch and I order the Salmon Salad. This was the best salad I "ever" tasted. I took a picture of it and posted on Facebook and got over 100 likes and lots of comments. I will definitely go back for more. Im going to post the picture and you are sure to salivate over it! Oh! the service was very friendly too! -Dr. A. Smith

Wonderful little find! I plan on coming here more often for lunch. The food was wonderful, I had the Adult Grilled Cheese, awesome! The staff really pleasant & friendly. I mean, people were greeted at the door with a friendly Hello. The overall feel was comfortable and relaxing, you really enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Coming Back

Doyle Street is a classic Bay Area breakfast place. Nothing super fancy, just good solid home cookin. I personally enjoy the spinach and feta omelettes and buckwheat pancakes. Some of the best bacon in the Bay Area (although admittedly thats like saying some of the best snow in Florida)!

Do NOT EAT HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERPRICED FOOD AND A STAFF THAT SHOWS NO CONCERN. LILLIANA, ONE OF THE MANAGERS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIAR. DO NOT EAT HERE. I PAID $17 FOR AN EGG AND TURKEY SANDWHICH. IM DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE.

I had their wet breakfast burrito. It was so good! The chorizo and tomatillo salsa were on point. It was Sunday at brunch time so there was a half hour wait. Instead I ordered to go and brought it home. Was ready in 15 minutes.

We go here a lot, as its the closest spot for breakfast. The food is solid, the staff are great, and the owners are friendly. Its like Cheers, everybody knows your name, and its a comforting way to start the day.

Good breakfast food served hot. Nice seating area, quite even with lots of people. Lots of local customers. They have Wi-Fi however the price is high for what you get. The staff is efficient but not very friendly.

Have been there twice and came away more than happy both times! Great food and cozy decor. Love the neighborhood, as well. Breakfast burrito, home fries, and huevos rancheros are all winners.

If youre looking for basic food, this is a great place. You wont find any mind-blowing options here, but its good diner-type food. The staff is friendly, and the prices arent too bad.
