I wanted to find out more about this cafe, but couldnt find a working telephone number. Is it called Canyon Coffee or Emerald Hills Cafe and Roastery??? Ive heard its a great little cafe in a quiet neighborhood and they put up local artwork. Sounds great! The number posted in Facebook goes to a private number which screens your call. Hey, Canyon Coffee or whatever youre called...publish your correct business name and a working phone number so your customers can call you. thanks!

They roast all their own coffee beans on site. Its the "Cheers" of cafes, chances are, if you go there more than three times and order the same thing, the owner will remember you and what you drink on the forth visit. Hands down some of the best coffee available anywhere.

Awesome service, laid back atmosphere and the really tall brista, Jeremy, is funny and great at cutomer service. Vito nice and really quick on the draw. Worth the time and ambiance. Nice place for a great cup of coffee, and friendly banter.

This is a great local coffee shop that roasts their own beans. My latte was terrific. The space is nice and they were playing some cool jams. The free WiFi is respectable. My only complaint was they didnt have soy milk.

Great local coffee shop. They roast high quality drinks and craft some of the best espresso drinks around. Love the cafe mocha and the cold brew. Always good to find a good local spot to kick back or get some work done!

This is a really pleasant small coffee shop. Ownership changed maybe a year ago, and everything has improved. Coffee is great, snacks are fresh, and its open longer.
