Great prices on sandwiches! The ladies and one gentleman at the sandwich area are outstanding! Always friendly, quick and they know how to make a great avocado special! Ive been going here almost everyday for a year and never had any issues.

Self serving salad bar by the pound. They have a large selection of topping items for your salad. Remember this is by the pound and the price can add up quickly when you add BBQ meatballs or grilled chicken thighs.

Excellent breakfast burritos! If you need a quick, yummy breakfast and work in downtown Oakland, stop here! Fast, quick service and good food. Coffee isnt the greatest but their food makes up for it.

Super convenient for lunch near the building I work at. Salad bar and hot food bar, similar to Whole Foods, but cheaper. They also make good sandwiches.
