Just walked out empty handed. The place was referred by a colleague. When I entered, there was one person at the counter placing her order and I should have been next. Unfortunately for me, what appeared to be a regular customer came in behind me. Instead of taking my order after the woman in front of me was done, the young lady working the register looked past me, not acknowledging me at all and asked the woman behind me what shed like to order. I felt completely disrespected! I took my money a few doors down, received great service and a delicious breakfast sandwich. I will never visit this place again and based on the way that I was treated, Im sure theyre fine with that.

Well this was my 1st time coming here and off top I knew I shouldve went somewhere else. The guy at the counter wasnt to welcoming and came off super rude and the prices for their food is out of line 15 for a chicken sandwich thats a Bake Sale Betty knock off smh Bake sale didnt charge that much smh it was no drink or sides included. The sandwich was ok and most definitely not worth that price. This is my 1st and last visit with this place smh.

The food is very good here, so far Ive tried the Cafe 15 salad, fried chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, and pasta. My favorites are the onion rings and french fries. Down side is there isnt much seating and if you dont get there before the lunch crowd youll have to get your food to go. They have a nice selection of drinks and teas. The game plan is to try everything on the menu.

My go-to lunch spot in downtown Oakland for the past 2+ years. I get the Cafe 15 salad, but have had the burger, the pulled pork, and the fried chicken sandwiches... all excellent. The daily menu options are based on whats fresh and in season, and also excellent. If you havent tried Cafe 15, you definitely should.

I love this place. Interesting and very tasty menu. People are very nice too - I wish they were open on the weekend. My favorite - the Chicken Sandwich. Even though it looks like a copy of Bakesale Bettys Sandwich - the chicken is more juicy and tastes a lot better. Love this place - highly recommended!

Great food. The fried chicken sandwich is always good and Ive had several great specials. Service can be slow. Only open for breakfast and lunch on weekdays, which is pretty annoying for those of us who live in the neighborhood but work elsewhere.

Nice to have a lunch spot with healthy options, but I found my meal to be bland for the price. I ordered a hearty salad with tofu, it was steamed veggies with tofu, no sauce or dressing.

I love this "cafe". I quote cafe but I think its a notch up, more like a sophisticated eatery. The sandwiches are excellent and all of the salads are fresh and enough to fill you up.
