Visiting family. I went out to eat with some friends as well. My waitress was Julia, she was nice through our entire dinner. But towards the end my friends all received their tickets but me. My sister received a 87 dollar ticket for her and her BF only so since she never offered mine we assumed since her ticket was so much that she had put mine on hers. So we got up and left. My baby boy was with us and I had forgot his bottle on the table so I had turned around to get it. My sister and bf were still there. So I wouldnt have to get my 6mon old out the car again he offered to go in and get his bottle. So as he did the waitress Julia stopped him and said that I had walked out on my ticket and didnt catch us. So he apologized told her we thought it was on the big ticket received and that she never returned to the table he then said ok I came to get the bottle since we forgot it but let me go out to tell her and so he did. I gave him my debit card and he went in, paid it for me. As I was driving bk home I could not believe I was charged 38 dollars for a kids mac n cheese, snack size wing, and one beer. I knew I had been over charged. I drove bk. Explained to the waitress. she says she charged for someone else beers that came out to eat with us. That she had asked to split the beers between all tickets? That they said yes and I looked at her and told her I never agreed for her to put their beers on my ticket. She said she would get the manager to refund the money. Once the manager got there I told him what happened and he says so these beers were consumed by bf that came to get my bottle. I told him sorry no but thats not my bf and they paid for their ticket. He says okay but you walked out on your ticket so i cant technically refund you. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I said " Do you seriously think if I was walking out on my ticket purposely that I would come bk for my sons bottle?!?" The manager Edward just stayed quiet. I told him its not right that they are charging me for 4beers I did not drink! I only consumed on what I could afford. He says who is going to pay for these beers. This manger wanted me to pay for beers that someone else drank just bc he would be short on his collection ? He found every way out to not refund me. And on top of that they printed out everyones ticket that was at my table to explain to me how everyone was charged out, all the tickets did not equal up to what everyone paid. So they showed me other consumers tickets.. this was one of the worst experiences I EVER HAD AT A BWW! Im from Texas and the BWW employees there would have never done that to me. I was punished bc the waitress didnt remember everyones order nor how many beers her table consumed. SMH. Manger Edward was very disrespectful to me. He took advantage to speak to me the way he did bc I was alone.

Im going to give my honest review. My husband and I come here a lot. Id say we come about 2-3 times every week. The service is either going to be hit or miss. We only have two waiters who we really like and who are very attentive and polite (one female and one male) I cant remember their names but I will ask when we go back to properly give them credit. They always bring us everything we need when our meal arrives. We never have to ask for anything throughout our stay. They shake up my margarita and pour it in for me, they give us the appropriate straws, they give us a generous amount of napkins and theyre always so polite and fun to talk to. This Saturday though, was a different story and I did not enjoy it at all. Ill avoid coming here during the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday) we came Saturday night and it wasnt as crowded as we originally thought it would be. The only servers we like do not work on the weekend so we got stuck with crappy service from someone else. I get it, you dont want to work night shift on the weekend but at least pretend like you you care so you can get a decent tip. Our drinks arrived and she didnt even care to shake up my margarita. She forgot to bring my husband and I straws for our drinks. I had to ask for straws when she finally came back, only for her to come and toss them on our table while she passed by. We didnt receive any napkins, when I asked again she only brought us 3. It was just horrible. The only reason Im giving this place 5 stars is for those two waiters and the manager Chris who hooked it up for my husband and I.

I am the Public Relations Representative for South Bay Raiders Booster Club of San Diego. Our Booster Club is going on its third football season getting together here to watch the Raiders games. We take over the outside patio area. It has been a pleasure working with managers Katie and Wayne. Our servers are second to none with customer service. Our drink and food orders come out on a timely manner and always fresh. Their restaurant is always packed come football season so their quality of food, ambiance, and service speaks for itself. What impresses me the most about this location is the love they have for the community. We have partnered up with them and provide food and drinks during I Love a Clean San Diegos annual coastal clean up day at J st Bayfront in Chula Vista. They also allow us to do 50/50 raffles in which the proceeds go to Susan G Komen Cure for Cancer foundation and The Salvation Army to sponsor families during Christmas time. We are dedicating the month of September this year to St. Judes Childrens Hospital. Their Love, Loyalty, Dedication, and Leadership for the local community sets them apart. South Bay Raiders Booster Club is part of F.A.V. (Fans Against Violence) so we welcome fans from opposing teams to come and join us during the football season. On behalf of South Bay Raiders Booster Club of San Diego and the community of the South Bay thank you very much and we are looking forward to the 2015 NFL season!!!

This is the WORST place ever to have a happy hour! Do not go there for happy hour unless you want to get cut off by your waitress after only having 5 beers (with a designated driver in hand). Imagine this, long day at work, girls want to get together to decompress and have some cold beverages....and its been 2 and a half hours since youve been there ordering food and LOTS OF IT and drinks. The waitress comes up and says "Sorry my Manager says to cut you and this person off, therefore you cannot order any more drinks".....SERIOUSLY??? Understand its a safety thing but again, were grown, responsible adults with DESIGNATED DRIVERS on hand. Talk about a kill-joy....check please, this place sucks, will never ever come back here and will be sure to let all my family, friends and co-workers know this. The waitress name was Steffani and even she sucked, after eating our food, our bones and trash were still on the table when we ordered some more food and the Manager on duty that early evening was a woman named Kat???? Cat or Kat?? Go figure! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Buyer beware.
