I used the app to order 1 x Wing Combos, Classic Wings, 10 Piece Combo, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Seasoned Fries, Fry Seasoning, Extra Seasoning, Well Done, Creamy Ranch, 20oz Soft Drink and 1 x Dips, Large Creamy Ranch on 1/30/15. When it was my turn to be helped at the register, the associate informed me the store had run out of large ranch, but they have a single small ranch left. I said that was fine and asked if they have other condiments. The associate said they had blue cheese and honey mustard. I replied that I had never tasted them and asked if I could try one of each out as a courtesy, since the store had run out of the ranch I ordered. He said I would have to pay for them, since I had not been charged for the large ranch. I said I didnt want to pay for something I wasnt even sure I would like and wondered why I couldnt have them gratis -- again, since the item I ordered ahead of time was gone when I came to pick up my order. His response was, "Well, we didnt charge you for the large ranch and you have to pay for the other condiments regardless." I said if he was unwilling to let me try the condiments as a courtesy, I would cancel my order. He said, "Fine," and handed me back my money. I asked him for his name and he replied, "Andrew." I asked who was in charge at the store right then and he said he was. I asked him to write his name down on his superiors business card, which he did. As I left the store, he was shaking his head and had a sarcastic smile on his face. My request was a simple one: to grant me the courtesy of trying less than $2 retail worth of sauces after the store failed to have on hand a common, standard item I had ordered (running out of ranch dipping sauce on a Friday evening is pretty ridiculous, after all). Andrew felt it was better for the store to lose my entire order, rather than give me the 2 small sauces. I order from this location regularly but found this poor customer service to be disappointing enough that I am unlikely to ever visit again. I will also be writing a review on YELP, mentioning the extremely poor level of service. A store with excellent service would have offered me the sauce free at the same time I was being informed of the one I had ordered being unavailable, or perhaps would have even taken a moment to call me (using the phone number I entered with my order on the app) before I came in so I would have the option to choose something else before I drove all the way to the store. A fair to middling example of customer service would have been to accede to my request once I was there. Instead I was treated in what I can only call an extremely rude manner. Cant eat fries so I ordered just wings. Took ever 15 minutes to prepare. I went back and ask if the ranch is in the bag. Man with no personality replies "no the sauce is extra" doesnt say it anywhere on the menu.... hmm false advertisement. Then proceeded to tell me that I couldnt run my card for 75 cents when he never even asked if I wanted sauce in the first place. So I ask for a manager who is immediately inappropriate and full of attitude. She tells me "The sauce is extra and although it says it nowhere in the restaurant, thats just how they do things" haha wow. Awesome customer service... Then again what do You expect from a manager that makes minimum wage...

I showed up 30 minutes before closing and was literally laughed at before trying to place an order. I was scarred, emotionally and spiritually. How could I forgive such an inhumane display of inaptitude? This was a weekend night. I had done my best and tried every place in town for wings after that fateful night. The sports bar down the road was the only place that came close to the quality of these delicious wings, but at a hefty price. Alas, I am in an emotional tumble. I have less emotions with ex-girlfriends than I do with this place. You broke my heart Wingstop. And I dont know how to trust anyone else after you.

Really wasnt feeling it, long story short i will NEVER go to this location again.... Long story, We walked in and it looked dirty, was told I couldnt order fries with the 20pc and after purchasing a 30pc combo to get fries, I looked to my left and noticed an advertisement saying I could order what i asked about... wasnt technically their fault but better service skills would have pointed out my option. Also, the cooks were NOT WEARING GLOVES at all and to top it all off, they got or order wrong... once again I will NEVER go to this location again

This is my fourth visit to this location. Ordered 6 boneless wings and was told there would be a 12 minute wait. Sat down at a table that I had to wipe down myself because it had sauce all over it. I realized a half an hour later that my food hadnt come out. Asked and was told that my order had been deleted, and theyd never made it. 6 or so minutes later Im given my food. Limp/damp/soggy fries that were barely edible, but the wings themselves were fine. I was too angry to really enjoy myself. Im going to stick with the Point Loma location.

I drive past a lot of other wing places to come here. Its the hands-down best place for real rings. Its not just about the flavor which theres tons of choices and are all awesome, but its about getting the right texture from the wings when they come out of the fryer. and let me tell you they even have boneless wings for those of you Philistines who choose to eat wings without bones in them.

Wow. Just wow... sat on the phone on hold for 10 mins to ask a question. Got to the restaurant and the info I was given was wrong. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better wing stop or different wing place all together. Wings and things is down the road amd better customer service. Wont be returning which sucks since I work across the street!!! Terrible.

Their hours online said they were open till 12 AM so I placed an order, received confirmation and it went through. I drive over and arrive at 11:20 PM to find them closed and an employee told me I would have to come back another time to receive my refund and wasnt even offered anything for the inconvenience.

Wings were great, we got the garlic Parmesan and the hot. I loved that we could order online, plus theres an option to get drumsticks only. My only complaint is that you have to pay for ranch or blue cheese dressing, theres no celery or carrots, and this location closed earlier than advertised.

Dont got for the service, go for the wings! I have been having Wingstop for years, cant be beat. Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub bone in combo is the way to do it! Fries are also really good with the salt, pepper, and hint of sugar. Cant go wrong if you want good wings.
