Whoever says that this place is the best and they have great customer service is either blatantly lying or there server was a friend and just treated them good because I have gone at least five times in the past three months and every single time, I kid you not, has been a horrible experience. First of, there is always crowds of people. You would think someone famous was there by how crowded it gets. Secondly, the servers take long to come help you and when they do they are not courteous. Third, if you do not like noisy places or do not appreciate foul language, well you will hear it here. Apparently this is for some odd reason the place where all middle school, high school, and college students like to hang out all the time and have very unique edifying conversation. They have the most profanity induced conversations I have ever heard. So definitely a place to avoid if you do not like that or have a child. Other than that it is still not a good place. Even calling in orders for pickup is a horrible experience. I called to place an order and was told very seriously that they did not have Spicy BBQ wings at this location and have never had any for years. They told me this right after going two weeks ago and ordering that exact thing. I tried to explain that they do and was trying to guide the person to ask another worker but she just kept telling me very upset that they do not have them. So I ordered just regular buffalo. I go after 30mins and they do not have my wings done. Not only that they tell me I have to wait 30mins and have me waiting a good 45mins. After this I am obviously upset and ask for the manager. I waited about 10 mins and he finally came. I explained what happened and he appoligized and he did tell me that they do have Spicy BBQ wings and he got me an order. I will say this I hope that they took some corrective action after that because I honest cannot believe a business is still there with people like that. Hope this helps someone.

Some of the best wings around! Lots of flavors from mild to wild and everything in between. Basic but good variety of food other than wings to choose from. The place is clean and well kept but their service can be a little slow when they are busy but thats understandable. Plan on spending 12-15 dollars per person for a good sized meal, plus drinks and gratuity. Most of the time we go there, its me and my fiance and we walk out VERY FULL well under 40 dollars with a couple drinks after tip. The place is loaded with tons of big screen TVs and they always have good tunes playing. My only complaint is that it can get VERY loud in there while big games are going on...so if your looking for a quiet, peaceful evening out, look somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. When we arrived we were quoted a 20 minute wait behind other people that had been waiting. No problem. But a quick check of the seating revealed there were MORE empty tables (that had been cleared) waiting than there were people who needed to be seated. WHY WERE WE ALL WAITING AND BEING TOLD 20 to 30 MINUTES? We left. When I contacted the manager while STILL sitting in the parking lot to inquire why. He danced around (and lied) about the situation saying they had tables waiting and everyone had been seated as I am still looking at couples that were there ahead of us still waiting outside. With other restaurants to go to, we see NO REASON to return.

The service here is abysmal and there customer service is even worse. The waiters and managers are incompetent. I had ordered take out and when I arrived home I bit into a COMPLETELY RAW boneless chiken wing. I had called them immediately and the said they would re-do my order for free but I live on the other end of town and wasnt going to drive all the way back that night. So when I came in a day later to refund my meal the manager there did not honor my order and wasted my lunch break.TL;DR The food is usually good the price is high and they really need to step up their customer service.

Decided to try it out because my friends raved about it and it seems that they actually love that place so much. I went there during rush hours and it was very packed. I ordered some appetizers and they arrived less than five minutes of ordering. Of course, I was very skeptical because that was tooooo fast during rush hours. I asked why it was too fast and they were just reheated frozen food. Their chicken tenders are also frozen, not fresh made. Well, it is not that impressive. If you dont know how to reheat and cook then this place is for you. ;p

They left us waiting for 30 minutes with a reservation, you are limited to how many people you can book in your reservation when done online. They blamed us for the wait when a couple people showed up that we had not included in the reservation. They were not accommodating at all. Staff was rude, food was cold, and prices are outrageous. The entire party left and went to Applebees, where they greeted us graciously, seated us promptly and we had a great time.

Terrible service. Took 1 hour 40 mins to recieve our food. 20 minutes for the waitress to bring out a side of ranch. This is the second time i have had a similar experiance here. Between 2 people we had spend $65 and i would say it was worth $20 max. Did not leave a tip thats how terrible it was. The tvs have terrible picture quality. This how you treat your military, i am never stepping foot into a buffalo. Wild wings again.

We ordered alcohol drinks and food one hour later we received our drinks " they werent good" 2 hours later we cancel our food order because they were taking to long to bring it out. Their was only one other table there which was a couple. So it should have Not taken that long. Did not have some of the food we wanted to order. Very disappointed!!!

Got there when it wasnt busy at all. Tried to ordered a beer but was told i cant due to my id being expired by 6 days (waiting for new one in the mail).. hostess took our drink and food order then we waited and waited amd waited... So 45 minutes past and we dont even know who are server is, no refills, anything.. Horrible service

Ive been in this place twice, and both times they have either ran out of my choice of beer or dont serve it anymore even if its on their menu. I always have to request coasters for my drinks or napkins. The waitress doesnt know what are are the current beer options. Definitely not my place to chill!!

California recreational Marijuana is legal now. So I smoked on the way to BWW . And they would not serve me 1 beer because I "smelled like weed" and told me that it was the managers decision.... But I felt that ir was more of a discrimination issue considering I was in Apple Valley and of color.

This is the 3rd bww Ive been to thats around the area and must admit I would choose this restaurant over the other chain ones. The servers were amazing and took the time to see if my special requests can be done. Truly felt welcomed here. Would definitely be coming every football game.
