Great food. I am sure. But when ordering online for fast pickup, you still spend 15 minutes standing around in the store waiting for them to complete your order that was called in 30 minutes prior. Another customer that had arrived before me said she had been waiting more than 30 minutes. When I asked staff what was taking so long and why other people who had arrived after me had already gotten their orders, the excuse I was given was that I had a big order and it takes 5 minutes to prepare the order and another 7 minutes for the food to cook. Today, I went in to pick up another order, and I waited another 30+ minutes to get my order which had been called in online 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I am taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to deal with such incompetence.

Get this! If there is something wrong with your Wings, DON"T toss them if you want a refund. First they dont offer refunds and they dont offer replacement wings! Per Irving at the Rosecrans store. I have never heard of a reputable restaurant with that kind of a policy. My wings were super salty and they basically said "too bad". Some customer service! He told me if I had come back with the wings they might have been able to help me, maybe if I had only ate 1, I had tried to get past the saltiness and had 2.5 out of 10. So, I guess if I go dig them out of the trash and box them up maybe they would help me.

I ordered 2 10 piece combos, one for my wife, and 1 for me. We both asked for ranch, we both got bleu cheese-_-. Our wings were between cold and warm, our fries were cold. I give them 2 stars because they were prompt and had my order ready when I arrived 20 minutes after I called, just like the employee said. Also the gentleman at the registers heart was in the right place. Before I took my food and left, he said "sir, let me just double check to make sure you have everything". Too bad he just checked QUANTITY and not QUALITY.

We ordered Buffalo Wings and Buffalo Shrimp with mild sauce. Orders were being made fresh so there was a approx a 15 minute wait time to be served. Wings and shrimp were both good size, served hot and with fresh hot bread rolls, carrot and celery sticks and choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing. The girl behind the counter had a bit of an attitude and got our order wrong...which might be why there were very few people there. Overall a bit pricey and slow for a fast food stop.

Delightful place. Went during a Sunday afternoon around 6 pm for a 50 family pack, the order was prepared just perfect, unlike other wings places Ive been to recently. Original Hot flavor was definitely the best among the other three flavors. The store was cozy and comfortable, and my children really enjoyed the meal. Will definitely be back another day! Compliments to the staff!

The wings were soggy, tasteless and just plain gross. For a place that is in business to serve wings you would think they would know how to prepare them. Brought them home to starving college aged kids and they didnt even finish them. Dont waste your time or money on these over priced poor excuse of a product claiming to be wings.

Just visiting the area! Food was bomb, rolls were made to a soft perfection(which sadly is rare) and the customer service was friendly and on point! I really should be a Wingstop Regional LOL with as much as I frequent the resturaunt chain! Ive visited multiple locations across the US and this location cut into my TOP 3!

First of all, the wait was way to long. Second the wings just dont taste good . Therefore, I would prefer going to Apple bees alone of a Friday night. This place isnt good whats do ever. P.S. go to Jack-in-the-box and peel off the skin of the chicken and just eat the inside

Love eating at Wing Stop, Im here all the time. Sometimes the fries arent very fresh, but they taste okay. Id recommend putting in some blinds for the windows, in the afternoon the sun can be a bit blinding, and really heats the place up.

Wings were good but I do think that the prices here are a little bit too high. Not fair prices for what youre getting for the money. At this price point, you might as well go sit down at Buffalo Wild Wings and enjoy a meal.

Reasonable deal for delicious counter-serve wings. Call in your order ahead of time because theyre very busy (slow). If youre considering trying Louisiana Rub, try it!

The lemon pepper wings are my favorite. The service is pretty fast and theyre always have game playing on the multiple tvs. Great if you love wings.
