This place has never been great on my list and I vowed never to go in. However, my favorite Baja Fresh in Cypress (Costco plaza) that used to be the closest store next to their old Corporate office is no more . There is an Indian place there now. Im disappointed and what was worse was when I received my free burrito for my birthday and try to use it here, they would NOT take it. BTW, the coupon now states that you have to purchase a large drink for you to get the free burrito and steak is not a choice of protein. The lady over the counter told me to go to Lakewood. I understand some stores are corporate and this one in particular is franchised by Koreans. The salsa here never looks great, even while I was waiting to speak to her. I guess I was glad I didnt get my freebie here as I remembered the last time I was here, I did not feel that great afterwards. I understand all stores operate differently, but I do hope Baja Fresh look into this particular establishment under their corporate guidelines.

The food is really good. My little sister and I stopped to grab some food after we visited a local museum. We looked on google and saw this place. I was actually not expecting to have to sit outside but it wasnt bad. The day was nice and the weather was good so it turned out being nice since there is no indoor seating at this place. The food was really good. We ordered Carne Asad a tacos, adobada and lengua tacos. We also ordered a plate of their Asada fries. The Asad a fries plate was really big. It had so much stuff on it we couldnt really enjoy the actual taste of the fries. Other then that the tacos and drinks were great. Service was great too.

I have to disagree with Judys remark about... fast and not "super unhealthy". I have gone to pick up lunch orders for people at work, and they are less than fast, even when we call in the order it is a long wait. I think it was Josh that said 5 people work there and 3 dont know what they are doing. As far as the super unhealthy, compared to fries... well I thought with the name and the idea it would be healthy, but being on Weight Watchers I looked up the Points and OMG WTF!?!?!? This place is off the chart, what do they do cook everything in lard? Bonus: I get flyer miles with United for using my credit card to pay for everyones lunch.

The food is good but the owner or manager is very picky. We used to go every few weeks with a large party. As we had so many people we would move two tables together. He kept hovering around and giving us dirty looks. The next time we were outside and moved the tables. He came out and told us not to move them. Thats now you lose a regular party of 10 from your establishment. We have never been back.

I was very disappointed with the baja shrimp burrito. Dont advertise double shrimp if youre not going to serve double shrimp. I did not get what I paid for. I wish I would have only bought one instead of four. Sadly because it was take out I didnt notice until I got home. No more!!!!! I had this burrito in Visalia, Ca., it was the best double shrimp burrito.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side.

Not my usual neighborhood but when we went there I was greeted by one of the most friendly Korean ladies who provided excellent service. She was so kind that if I were ever in the neighbourhood again I would stop in again

Every time I go here the service is excellent. The two people who run the restaurant always greet you with a smile. Its just very welcoming. Food is great. The two taco plate with carnitas is my favorite.

the shrimp salad is the best in the universe. the vitamin B12 provides my neuronal nourishment necessary to ace my exams. the owner knows me by first name only after a few visits. Always a pleasure.

Fresh, good tasting food, but pricey. The rice is kind of bland. Honestly, a lot of food here is less well seasoned than say, Rubios. Steak is good though.
