This Chipotle location is probably better than most, but the management still makes some inexcusable mistakes. Today was the second time Ive bought three iced teas only to find out that theyve run out of natural sugar. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? (1) If you check your sugar stash even, say, once a week, it wouldnt take a rocket scientist to know when to reorder so that you never run out. (2) If by some crazy perfect storm you have a record day of iced tea sales and still run out of natural sugar, couldnt you, as the manager, just run up to Smart & Final, or even go next door to one of the dozen other restaurants within a 30-second walk and borrow some sugar? Simple stuff like this goes unsolved because of poor management. Inexcusable, regardless. UPDATE: There have been no issues since my relatively scathing review above, and its been a good several months. Upping the stars...

I love Chipotle, but not this location. They often forget requests for an extra side of salsa, and this location often skimps on the fillings. During my last visit, the guacamole had a thick covering of brown that the guy kept trying to mix under the rest of the guacamole; it was 11AM and they open at 10:30AM, so it was clearly guac left over from the previous day that they were still charging people extra for. Seems like the many of the employees here give you less for the value (either on quantity or freshness), and I wont be returning to this location if I can help it.

I only been once to Chipotle like a year and a half ago on the way somewhere. But recently got reacquainted with the Pasadena location and everytime something got better than the time before. But todays trip involved a guy named Cinque. He was so amazing and courteous like all the employees but the way he made my order was up there with graduating chefs I mentor from culinary schools. He can work in any kitchen Im running and I look forward to him making my food anytime.

This has got to be the slowest Chipotle in the world. I would say that every other time that I go in, theyre out of chicken. They give smaller portions than any other Chipotle that Ive been to, and even when I got double meat one time, it still wasnt as much as you would get at a normal Chipotle. The staff is as slow as can be, and roll their eyes at anyone who asks them a question. The parking is also terrible at this location, so good luck.

Didnt honor the chiptopia promotion. Sad I had to register the card first even though thats quite unclear and I could have registered online beforehand since they took so long making the orders. The staff also was not that friendly, felt like they were stingy with portions, and after not coming to a Chipotle in a long time, I probably wont again.

Mostly a good experience, then there are days like today. I ordered a side of Guacamole, they gave it to a current customer. Then when they scoop mine up, they scoop up all sorts of other stuff into it. Lettuce, cheese, and a touch of sour cream. Not very good. When its busy, they dont listen to my requests.

Graet food, terrible service, the stupid Salvadorian guy locked us out, we were eating in the front patio, he locked the door and did not let us know, we explained to him that our car was in the rear parking lot, he made us go all around the block to get to our car...

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. The service is great and the employees are very friendly. There is an employee named Karen who always makes sure me and my twin brothers burritos are made just like we like it. This is definitely the place to go.

I always come here and its very consistent. Good food, quick service (or at least the line moves at a decent pace when its busy), and very costumer conscious. Got a couple of gratis burritos when I was minorly inconvienced. Always a solid choice.

Location was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Bonus I didnt get sick! But seriously the street parking makes this location a little tricky if youre driving during high traffic times. Other than that its a Chipotle, just like the others.

Chiptole is the best! It is my favorite place to eat. Their food is always fresh and the people at this location are pretty nice. Plus, their fishbowl business card thing works - got a free burrito a couple weeks ago.
