We usually call in orders at least once a week. Our orders have been incorrect the last five times we have ordered. I called Brett the manager and he told me that he would make it right and take care of our next order for free. I called in our next order and explained the situation. The girl said it would be ready in 10-15 min. We get there to pick it up and its not ready. The girl did not even attempt to call me to let me know that the order was not processed. We wait about 20min to find out that Kyle, who shouldnt be allowed to manage anything that breathes, was not able to process the order that Brett told me would be complementary. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. And I manage and work in customer service and you never let a client leave unhappy. No wonder this place only has 2 1/2 stars.... Brett you need to fire yourself and hire someone to train your staff to take care of the issues you are having. Thanks for nothing! Wingstop will have our business now. I also want to add that we went to chick-fil-a on Markham. Ordered our food. At the window they asked us to pull and wait for the chicken to finish cooking. It took less than 5 min and the server brought our meals out to us and because of our 5min wait that we did not have a problem with he brought us all a free treat gift card!!! Now that is service!! Brett take notes!!!

Quick service. Wings were very good. I called in an order. Picked up the order, store was very clean, nice looking place, clean inside, staff was friendly at pickup. I ordered a large order of wings. They shorted me on celery, so I asked if I could get more, no problem. Get in the car, drive home. Set the wings on the counter. Let the dogs out. Change out of my work clothes, wash up etc. About 45 min has gone by, Im in my PJs, open up my wings, yum. Take out the bleu cheese. . . Its ranch. This sucks, I went over it with the guy on the phone, repeated it. The order taped to the bag? Bleu Cheese. But they gave me ranch. Call in, you gave me ranch and not bleu cheese. Do I want to drive back? No I dont, Sorry I wish there was something I could do. Do I want to drive back, 45 min later? Im in my pajamas and its a 15-20 minute drive. My wings are mostly cold already. Sorry, I wish there was something I could do. Come up with something. A free drink the next time I come in, free extra blue cheese.

It isnt that I hate this restaurant, it is just that I have an extremely high expectation when I go out to a restaurant. I expect to get my drinks before my food and I expect my food to taste awesome, not sub par. I am a huge tipper not only because of my high expectation but because I myself was a waitress at a great and very busy restaurant, a long time ago. I know what it takes to make customers happy and satisfied. I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings in Bossier City, LA, and it was AWESOME! I had a margarita that was to die for. The food was fresh and so very tasty. I normally hate super loud places, but the environment, in LA, was so exciting and the staff actually seemed to enjoy their job and happy to see me and my family. My experience at the Little Rock, AR restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. They told me that they dont even make the same margarita that the Bossier City restaurant makes. Needless to say, I will never go back not will I recommend this location to anyone I know.

Today, we visited the location for lunch. Our waitress Jessica was not attentive to me, but she was to my sister who is Muslim. Quick with taking her order but rushing me when I was not sure about the different types of wings available, waiving her hands advising she would just comeback. Upon getting our food, she did not check to see if we needed extra napkins etc. Once we received our tickets and checked out...Jessica proceeded to then ask if we both needed change back. My sister advised that she can take a dollar for the tip...(change due 1.35) Jessica did not give .35 to her. So I guess this location supports their staff stealing from the patrons..? I advised that I would not be leaving any monetary tip and at this point Jessica prolonged getting my change. I may need to file a BBB complaint...

My experience does not even deserve 1 star! This was the worst service ever! I had to refill my own drink multiple times because the waiter never asked me for a refill not even once in the few times he went to our table! I had to get up and get my own napkins! I was confused on wether this was a self service location or if they really had waiters. What really upset me was when I ordered my wings I had originally asked for ranch and he brings me spicy ranch so I ask him for the ranch he didnt bring me and he had the audacity to ask me if Ive even tried spicy ranch! If the customer asks for something specific its because they want that specific thing dont try to force something they dont like on them. Very disappointed! NEVER again will I come to this BWW! EVER!

Ordered take out server over the phone was very friendly and that was the only positive I have to say. All I ordered was a burger and a salad thats it. McDonalds patties at midnight looked more appetizing than what I received. What I saw staring at me was the most charred burnt patty I have ever seen in my life and tasted and looked like a hockey puck. My side salad was wilted and I have seen dried grass clippings with more color in them than the lettuce. I dont expect a 5 star course but seriously how hard is it to screw up a salad and a burger?? Also after my experience I can say I am totally not shocked about the worker spitting in the cops food at least his had seasoning!!

Worst service Ive ever had. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to get our drink order. We were there for over an hour and a half WAITING on food and when we finally got it it wasnt what we ordered. The manager said he only had 1 cook because the others were at a training session. Thats fine except why would you send ALL your cooks to the same training at the same exact time? There were only 2 other tabled than ours. People arriving 30 minutes after us were getting their food while we still waited. Ill never go back. Side note... we only had 4 people at our table so we werent like a huge group or anything.

Amazing service. As a law enforcement for the city, the new management and wait staff are great. Very friendly, for people to boycott this place is dumb. They dont care about guns or Leo. Been here multiple times and every time; greeted with a smile. Yes depending on the time, they get busy but if you ever worked in food service, you know what it is like. If you want a great time to remember, then I would recommend this place to all Leo and their families, as well to any person. Also like above its a pokemon hotspot as well as a gym. Thanks for great quality service. Leo of the city.
