Twice in the last month Ive visited the place with the wife.... 1. Trip 1: first four out of five beers I ordered they were "out of stock". Became irritating after a while. Server count was high but customer count was low...not sure why you messed up the simple order and then charged me for beers you were out of stock on. When I challenged the error to the bill and became direct with the server about the experience she handed the issue to the manager who just wanted to apologize. She said she "did not know about all this"...I replied, then maybe you are the problem since your employees keep you uninformed. 2. Trip 2: Waiter was ok....again, lots of hosteses but they hung around each other instead of tending to the tables like they should have been. Order was messed up again but they had my beer so I was laid back about it. Then....I sat there...empty beer mug for 10 minutes...until I flagged a passing waiter and let them know about it. They passed it on to my waiter...who came and replaced the empty mug with one foot headed the other direction. For the rest of the evening....I could sense he just did not want to serve the table. Even the wife looked at me and said...."I did not think you were rude about it but apparently they dont like being accountable". You guys are lucky your wings are so good. Cause your service is an embarrassment to the leadership, which in turn, has its own issues if this kind of mess is going on. Clean it up...its bar food and beer. Not that hard to get right. Move quick, keep the refills topped off, and clean the tables. Takes care of itself after that.

One of my go to favorites let me down Sunday. Should have know it wasnt going to be good when the greeter had two hickeys on her neck. Next, she wanted to seat my party of 5 in a booth because the three tables of 5 were piled high with the last patrons food. Which, by the way, stayed dirty for more than half of our meal. Not real appetizing. We just said wed wait for a table. Our waitress brought our tea, which had no taste, and no ice, literally none at all. The bone in wings had so much seasoning that made them so salty they were hardly edible. The carrot sticks had freezer burn so bad that they were yellow. Asked for new ones and the replacements were about as bad and slimy. One of us asked for water and it was brought half way through the meal. After we paid and left all the servers were lined up sitting in the windowsill. Really was a let down...as I had out of town friends in for the Derby and wanted them to leave after having a good meal. Needless to say it was embarrassing. Like I said in the beginning, this is a go to place and I will give them another chance, but this was the worst meal and service Ive ever experienced at this BWW.

1. Waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks after we sat down. 2. Upon receiving our drinks, server took off and had to wait another 30 minutes to order our appetizers. 3. Upon receiving appetizers, wrong sampler and the server said "I just assumed you guys wanted traditional/mild wings with it." And we didnt even get the correct sampler of what he brought. (Supposed to come with onion rings, we tried to substitute for cheese curds, he couldnt, so he brought plain chips on a plate instead of the original onion rings, or he could have asked. 4. Had to go to bathroom at this point. Trash all over the bathroom. All over the sinks. Trash over flowing from the cans. 5. Return to table, people cleaning off tables using big trash bags. OK cool, no problem there right? Until they just left the trash bags on the floor next to the table. Manager had to come and get it. 6. So we are at the hour and a half mark, now we get the èntree. No refills to the drinks, no additional napkins. In conclusion, b-dubs, food is usually pretty good. But management is failing horribly and running this place into the ground. Train your staff!

Came here to watch the Broncos game on a Sunday. Stood as the only ones in line for about 10 minutes with many open tables, no seater, and only 3 servers. After asking to watch the Broncos game we were seated where the game was not on. Literally 80% of the TVs were on the Jacksonville game (in Hot Springs?). We ended up moving tables to see the game after a half hour of being told they were working on it. Our server said he would transfer our ticket. We sat for another half hour before our order was taken and refills were given. 2 minutes after the order was taken they changed the channel on the one tv with the Broncos game. It was changed back after we got ahold of the manager. Definitely not a fan of the Hot Springs BWWs.

Service is slightly improved, but with seven employees standing around the entrance (chatting between themselves), even one minute of unnecessary waiting makes you feel like youre not really welcome there. Remodel seems more geared to a beer guzzling college crowd that doesnt exist in Hot Springs. Volume level of televisions is insanely loud. Not family friendly at all. We asked to move outside where the volume was tolerable. Server was friendly & good, but otherwise I dont feel compelled to hurry back there. Have used takeout as well. Its OK, but be sure to check order before leaving. It will be close, but will be slightly wrong, or items missing 9 out of 10 times. Other than that, food is as good as expected.

The waitress came three times to give a refill, and forgot for about thirty minutes. The food had been left sitting for quite a while and one of the party members food was so salty she couldnt swallow it, and multiple others tried it to see if it was a correct assumption. The food was great during appetizers and then went downhill. The waitress apologized multiple times that they were so "busy" when she had spent the whole time talking to a male coworker, while very few of the tables were filled. She also mixed up all of our orders, half of them with another table. The fried pickles were very good though.

Every time we go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Hot Springs, AR-we never have a good experience. The service is really bad and very slow. One time they seated us on a dirty table. The other time, we were sitting at the table for 20 minutes and nobody came to get our order so we ended up walking out. The next time we went back it was a long wait before the waitress get our order. We have been seating for almost an hour and of course theres no food. We just told the waitress to have our food boxed to go. I guess his is the last time we are eating in this restaurant. They need to up thier game!!!!!!

Awful. We were there last night at 6:00pm and it was not busy at all. We did have a party of 12, but how hard is it when everyone orders wings and fries. We waited over an hour for our food. When it finally came, most of it was cold and inedible and 3 peoples orders were left off. No one apologized for the ridiculous wait or the cold food and none of the food was comped. The bathrooms were also disgusting. The last 2 times I have been in there, this has been the case; bad service, long wait times when not busy, cold food and unclean facilities. We will not be going back.
