Our waitress Yashira was rude from the time we sat down. She even sat us at an unclean table with cigarette buds and paper in the seats. Even placing orders she was rude and made rude comments towards us all. She did not smile and she checked on all other tables before checking on us again after 30 mins. We noticed that she smiled when talking to them all especially those who stared at her breast. When asked for refills she walked off saying "ok" and returned 20 mins later with one drink that she only slid onto the table speeding past us. All other tables that she served were getting food and some came in after my group (only 3 of us). When we got our food it was all cold and she threw it down and walked off saying "enjoy". Most of our orders were missing food and each time we tried to get her attention she would ignore us. Once she came back and we told her what was missing, she just walked off without saying anything. She returned with the rest of our order and when asked about alcohol that someone didnt like and wanted to replace her response was very degrading. We asked for the bill and two to-go trays. She suggested that we share one plate for all of our food. The full experience was awful. Not what you would consider a happy 21st birthday.

I like to say some good things. 1. I dont rate places. 2. The waitress seem to be nice and the cooks. 3. Easy access to the door to leave. Now the bad 1. Hooters has done a horrible job by changing their signature sauce. Buy some at the store, it taste more like Hooters original wings. 2. The bartender at this location was more than pissed off at something. I think at her job. You would think a manager would notice and have her change or fire her. 3. Was nice they had touchtunes.... but could not here it. 4. Look on the floors not only in dining area but behind the bar and in the kitchen. They dont clean them..... ever... 5. Manager...... never saw one.. every hooters that I have been too has at least one that roams the building. This is not my first Hooters. I am not a pervert. Actually this seems to be a nice place with some nice people. I have always like wings and food from Hooters. But I think I will not crave the food anymore after this trip. I hoe things change and feel free to contact me if you like. Bring the old hooters food back and the old management style.

The worst experience ever there. I was there for a an hour. Britnay was my waitress. I had to wait 20 minotes to get my beer. Theno 30 minutes to get my Nachoes. They were so soggy. The cook kept on screaming her name and she wouldnt come from out the back. Finally I ordered another beer. It set on the bar for 20 minutes while she sit outside with another couple guys. I went and gother my own beer from the bar. She got upset. I asked for manager and it took him awhile to come visit me. When he did he dismissed me as he walked by. He didnt stop and talk to me until I made him. Asked for district managers cintact info and he said he couldnt give it to me. I insisted that I pay for everything and I did. I do not want anything for free. Will not come back. I dont suggest you come back. They dont care about customers.

Hooters NLR used to be much better back in the day. Food is okay, service could be a LOT better... which is what holds this place back. Most of the girls tend to congregate around a couple of guys and more or less ignore their other patrons. NOT a good way to get repeat customers! Since Twin Peaks opened up over a year ago, their business has dropped way off compared to what it was 3-4 years ago. And they arent making it any better by playing favorites. Ive been to over 13 Hooters in 6 states and this one unfortunately is at the bottom of the list. All what needs to be done is for the girls to split their time evenly between their customers. Make everybody feel welcome and they will come back. Its not a hard concept to understand.

Our waitress was friendly (real name Kayla but her name tag said Chantel) and she checked on us at 45 min mark. She said "oh where is your food?" Well, you work here so you tell us haha. The manager came and asked if we were ok and walked away. Our food finally came out: a salad, two side salads and tiny nuggets they call wings. The sauces were wrong and the side salad was Caesar when we ordered a garden one. Despite all this mess, we werent upset. Our food was discounted. The point is that the experience was so terrible, the food was not worth it. We should have known better than to go there because we were briefed on good and bad places to eat. Hooters was number one on the list to avoid. I wish people cared more.

Me and my wife had to wait a hour before we got our food..This is the worst experience we have had with a restaurant. The kitchen staff is a fault. I seen one eating while working another one getting something to drink and talking to the girls ..and I guess the kitchen manager sitting down talking and enjoying his coke while we are waiting on our food the service has to improve. How do yall expect your waitress to make a living with poor kitchen service. .But over all our waitress was nice and pleasant Yashria it was she did a great job under pressure and also the manager that delivered our food was great ..We will be back

My brother and I had the opportunity to hit this Hooters while we were visiting my grandfather in Arkansas in early 2008. We ordered some chicken wings and the crab plate with my favorite: grilled cheese sandwich. I know what most people say about Hooters, "Sure, like youre really going there for the food!" But hey, their food is actually tasty and I dont care what anyone says, they have THE BEST chicken wings ever! It was nice checking out a Hooters in another state just to see if anything was different and was pleasantly surprised to find the same service and food! Consistency! Great job!

Ive eaten here about 50 times since they opened around 12 years ago. I have seen the service go up and down, however it has never been as bad as it has gotten recently. I think all the talent went to BWW. Since they opened hooters has just sucked, in service, food, atmosphere, hell last time I was there a fight broke out. Also I never got things I ordered, I mean they brought me my cheese dip for my fries and it was a sold block because it sat so long in the counter before they brought it to me. I wont go back until they fire the management and several of the staff.
