Your better off getting your wings at Krogers and making your own at the house. I waited with my family for about 2 hours for our food. After being told 4 times that our food was coming up and was being made. After long time waiting and frustrated with the coworkers dancing behind the cuter and running back and forth playing with the kitchen crew. We told them what going on our food was wrong 4 times and honestly I will not be back here ever again and do not plan on ever going to a Wingstop ever again They are way over priced for what you get and the food is always served cold and the fries are like they just came out of the freezer. The turn over rate is pathetic and I cant tell whom is working and what is going on. There are people walking in and out of the side door to the kitchen and from the back and front and honestly it looks like a welfare office.

The food is usually good and some of the workers are helpful and friendly but the staff working tonight (except for one lady who was super sweet, I wish I would have caught her name) was completely rude and ignorant. The man taking my order kept interrupting me while I ordered and then had to start all over because he started playing and hollering with some other guy that walked through the front door. He actually left in the middle of my order and went around the counter to go talk to that guy while I stood there waiting....and then came back to finish my order but he had to start all over and treated me as if I was the reason he had to start all over while he huffed and rolled his eyes... I didnt receive an apology or an explanation. I am genuinely confused as to why this type of behavior was allowed and my family will not be coming back.

I really like the with wings. There is a lot of variety in the flavors. The online ordering works great. There is less of a chance for mistakes, lots of ways to customize your order, and dont have to deal with the staff which I will mention below. The sides are a little more lacking. The fries are good as long as you get them nice and hot. The vegetable sticks are are usually dry. The baked beans taste like canned baked beans. The service is bad. No one is friendly. The staff are usually talking and laughing among themselves and seemed annoyed that you are bothering them.

It was like Buffalo Wild Wings but a little more expensive and slightly lower quality. Considering it is less than a mile from BWW I would never recommend it. On top of that the atmosphere is like a home kitchen in a bad way. one shared napkin roll for the whole place and no garbage can no refills and they counted a piece of crust with no chicken in it as a wing

Use to be my favorite wing spot. Called my order itonight, waited 20 mins before going to pick it up. Got there and wastold "oh i didnt place your order" how do you give someone a total price and a time but dont place the order??? Then a lady came back not even 5 minutes after walking out saying she was missing a part of her 30 piece order.. Just poor service.

These are probably the best wings in town. I eat here a couple of times a month and the quality is always excellent. The fries are amazing, their seasoning is probably the best I have had. The staff is super friendly and they seem to have really low turnover, I have been waited on by the same three or four people for a couple of years now. Worth checking out.

Sad attempt at wings. Had what they call boneless wings. Well, I dont really know what part of the chicken they came from, but they were pre-battered, greasy, too salty, and far too heavily breaded. They had the round shape common in chicken nuggets one gets at fast-food hamburger places. This also is the LOUDEST restaurant I have ever been in.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was called a liar. My food was completely cold and fries were mushy. The manager looked through her orders and realized her mistake and blamed an employee. I never received an apology after suggesting one would be nice. I WILL NEVER GO TO WINGSTOP AGAIN.

Waited 45 minutes just to get home to some dry and nasty ass wings. I call and ask for a manager and he said bring them back and well replace them.. But dood I done wasted a entire hour trying to eat.. IM HUNGRY NOW!! Ill never ever eat there again, I rather eat ramen noodles.. wasted my $30

Service was awful. Our order wasnt right, and the crew tried to tell us that it was (What happened to the customer is always right???). We were without an order of fries, and when the crew remade them, he gave them to someone else! Im taking a break from Wingstop for a while....

Stood at the counter ready to order for a little less than 10 minutes and made eye contact with all workers multiple times but no one made the effort to help us. Im sure the food is good but wasnt able to get that far. Firehouse was good though.

Food poisoning. Vomited three days after eating there. Wings were near raw. Also, cooking staff were not wearing proper head coverings and saw one cook literally wiping his nose then begin handling the food again. Disgusting and horrible.
