Sometimes the food can be decent, but its mostly overcooked. Weve been to buffalo wild wings restaurants several times when we lived in Amarillo, and other locations around the country and they were wonderful. This one is by far the worst. When They first opened we let a few things slide. Weve given them several opportunities and we have been disappointed each time. It takes forever to get any kind of service, even though most of the time the restaurant is empty. We waited almost an hour for our drinks one time, and each time they had an excuse saying the bartender disappeared. When we stayed to have a few drinks one time, they acted very bothered and annoyed by us. The bartender kept rolling her eyes, and when we asked for extra limes she brought them out on a napkin and tossed them on the table. They didnt take our dirty dishes the whole time we were there, and our table got very full. They also never checked on us, my husband had to get up and go ask for drinks, straws, etc. The food and drinks are pretty pricey, so we expect good service. After spending close to $100 each time we tried them and having horrible service, I will go somewhere else.

Cold wings, warm beer, half the T.Vs showing nothing. This pretty much sums up the experience I had during my visit. I went in looking to enjoy a drink with my friends in a sport friendly environment. After waiting to be seated for almost 5 minutes, with about half the tables empty, we were finally greeted and seated. After almost 10 minutes our waitress came to the table to take our drink orders. I was informed that they were out of several beers before settling on a PBR. Another 10 minutes later our drinks managed to make it to our table and they were already room temperature. If Im going to pay $11 for 2 beers, especially PBR, it had better be cold. We gave our appetizer and dinner order as we had been waiting long enough to have decided and changed our minds several times. Almost 45 minutes later our food arrived, both appetizer and dinner, and it was cold to the touch. With a final check of over $40 for 15 wings and 2 beers and a basket of pickles, youd be better off going anywhere else that can at least microwave their food for 45 seconds and put a beer in a freezer for 5 minutes.

This was probably my third or fourth visit, and it will most definitely be my last! We arrived and waited for probably five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After we were seated, our waitress took our drink orders, and when she returned, we ordered an appetizer, which took probably twenty minutes to be brought out to us. After that, we waited for nearly an hour and a half for our food. When it arrived, half of our orders were wrong (there were four of us), and one order of potato wedges didnt even come because they were apparently cold and soggy. (Imagine that.) Our waitress told us it would be a couple more minutes on the potato wedges, and they took about ten. Our food was all cold and not at all appetizing. Our waitress finally brought us our check, but we had to have another waitress go get her so we could pay because after spending two hours in that wretched place, we were more than ready to leave. One star is too many!

Was there on 7-13-16. I signed for a specific amount on a credit card receipt as is normal. When I got my credit card statement, the amount had been increased from what I signed for. Have made several calls to the manager and other employees to get this straightened out. Always promised a call back but never get one. Have to call them back. Manager today said they could not find the transaction even though I had all the information including the transaction, batch and ref number from the credit card company. Suggested I dispute the information through the credit card company. Told him that is not acceptable since it was obviously there mistake (intent???). Said he would look into it again and call me. If no call my next step is BBB. Keep your receipts and verify if you use a credit card!! Oh, and watch the unlisted drink prices. I was charged $8 for a beer. What, am I in a professional ball park??

I loved it here! The food was great and the drinks were even better. The waitress was really nice and didnt make my friend and I feel uncomfortable or unwanted. She got our food to us quiclky and brought us whatever we needed for our meal, we left her a good tip. Jeff, the lead manager is great and made us feel very welcome. He kept everyone busy in their work and the place was clean and organizatised. Lee, the other manager makes a killer fuzzy navel. He was awesome and he had my friend and I laughing all night. He definitely brightened the mood of the whole establishment. They close at 12am and didnt hurry us to leave but instead let us finish our food and drinks. We had so much fun and well definitely be going back!

Wait staff took forever to acknowledge us after we came in, and acted like we were a hassle to find seating for 8. Our server took 10 minutes to show, then took another 15 minutes to bring our drinks out. Our appetizers didnt come out until our entrees came, and then multiple peoples food were wrong, cold, or missing entirely. The entire staff was extremely rude the entire time, and acted as if we were there right before closing when it was only 7 pm. When we brought up our missing food, our server just said shed take it off the bill, not replace it. By far the worst food and service Ive ever gotten from a Buffalo Wild Wings, and some of the most rude people Ive ever met in the service industry.

Our waitress, Cindy, was the worst server I have ever had. She was rude and did not wait on us. We had to ask other servers for refills. Also, all of our food was cold, probably because it took almost an hour for the food to get to our table. Then, my companions ordered a dessert; it took over 30 minutes to get the ice cream dessert. I guess they had to churn it. I will never be back and suggest that you dont even try it. (If you do decide to go, make sure that if you get anything other than french fries, ask about a substitution upcharge. It is not in the menu and the servers will not tell you.)

I ve been here 5 times and I love it. Never waited more than 10 mins for my food. Worst experience? Server saw my glass almost empty and asked if I was going to want another beer. I told her not yet but in a few. When I finished my it a little later she was standing there with another glass. I told her I was actually planning on having a different kind but I would drink anyways(I liked the beer and it was her first day-no big deal). The second beer wasnt on my ticket and when I asked they said my server had paid...obviously I returned to my table and made sure my tip said thank you.

Took a group of 30. We called a week in advance to let them know we would be there and when we would be there. We called the morning of to confirm when we would be there. We arrived at 12:15 as planned and did not get our food until after 2:00. There were less than 20 other people in the restaurant when we got there. It appears that many other people have had the same issue with this location. The corporate office needs to consider doing something or it will not be there much longer. As much as I love wings, I will not be back to this location anytime soon.
