TERRIBLE! Is too nice. Got there stood for about 8-10 minutes before being acknowledged. Should have been our first clue. About half of the tables were empty but the 2 hostesses could hardly decide where to seat us. Then we set and watched many servers just walking around doing nothing several dirty tables around. After 20 minutes a young man asked us if we had a server yet as he saw we had been sitting there quite awhile. We said no. He went talked to manager and got us a server. (He was only bright spot). We ordered 2 pops, 2 side salads, and medium order of wings. After about 15 min another server brought us our wings. I said we had side salads as well. He was like uh uh I will tell your server. Several minutes later we got our salads server turned to walk away. We said Could we please have silverware and napkins. She looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language disappeared came back in a few minutes with 2 forks. We said how about those napkins. She turned around and went to get them so we started to eat our now room temp hard dried out wings. The salads were $3.49 each of which half was shredded carrots big tomatoes etc. no knife to cut with. Manager never came over so on way out I nabbed him. His reply you caught us at shift change. Well you know what not my problem. Plus the same servers were there when we arrived and when we left. Never going bsck!!!!! I would gjve them a minus 10 stars.

I like this place, but they must have had a slow day or something. I ordered to go and everything went fast for me. I did have to exchange my pop that was to go because the syrup was out. But otherwise everything was good. There was however a group of 4 waiting to be seated for a good 5 min with no one in sight. The one girl that we did see she looked at all of us and went straight into the kitchen and still no one came out to help them till after one of them peeked their head in the kitchen to get some service of some kind. There was literally no one to help them in that 5 min... the greeter should stay up at the main station or at the take out counter to help people get seated. Better luck next time bdubs!

The wings are great, and its one of the best options in town if youre just looking at did quality. However, the service is terrible, with waiters regularly forgetting parts of orders, making mistakes on the bills, and simply not visiting the table to take orders or check in with guests. Additionally, the atmosphere is crowded, even when theyre not busy, due to the dozens of TVs around the dining area, each playing sports on a different channel, and (this is the bad part) each with their volume turned up loud so you cant hear any one of them and you have to shout to talk with the others at your table. Additionally, they dont have enough varieties of beer on tap.

Called in an order because the online system isnt working. Called twice both waiting a whole minute and no one picked up. Finally got through the third time to be put on hold. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes but left a little later anyway. Get here and a lady is washing the windows on the door and had to wait for her to move before I could even come in. Not only that, I stood at the front counter in an EMPTY restaurant with no help. After FINISHING WASHING THE WINDOWS the same lady comes over and processes my order. Here I am, 45 minutes after I called with no ready food or estimated wait time she just walked away. BEYOND pissed!

Always a good time here. Probably been here over a dozen times over the past year when Im in town to visit my boyfriend. He just loves BWWs. We like this one because its close to home. Waiters and Captions are always helpful, friendly, and willing to give us samples of the current sauce, change TVs, etc. I tried Mango Habenero when we were in last per my boyfriends suggestion and it was really spicy!! Chicken salads with Thai curry dressing is really good!! Prices on drinks could be a little better.

They have messed our order up every time we try to go there. They have horrible wait times for getting your food. You dont have to wait long to sit but be prepared to wait for food. The staff you have to hunt down to fill your beverages or if you need something. They seem to be more concerned with chatting in a group with their coworkers than working. Its a great place for wings in Cedar Falls especially if you want to watch a game but they need to work on how they run their business.

Bone-in wings are usually good, large and meaty. I like the variety of sauces, but always have to ask for them "extra wet" to get the sauce quantity I like. Service can be hit or miss. I usually order online and pick up in store. Even then, sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes. Dinner has taken over an hour before on a not so busy night, but other times it has been prompt. Dont miss half priced wings on Tuesday or boneless Thursday.

So their name is Buffalo Wild Wings.. their specialty is wings. Why would their wings be terrible? We got maybe 24 of them and almost every single one was beyond overcooked, to where the meat was hard and crunchy. They were out of fried pickles. Maybe it was a new cook/bad night so Ill be back for a second chance but thats it. If you specialize in a certain product, it should be top notch. This was anything but.

Been here many times, when you eat in service is slow but food is good. When you get take out (especially on Tues or Thurs) be prepared for them to be cheap on sauce on the wings and they forget to give you things you order. Its happened almost every time Ive gotten take out. Sometimes they go thru the order with you, sometimes they dont.

Yo yo yo. I love chicken wings n all that and this place Def has what Im looking for. The seating is terrible though, its like a high school cafeteria. A bunch of seats all crammed together for all the sheeple to get fanatical on some sports. I just wanna enjoy some chicken and some sauce with out tvs and folks on blast all around me.

Ive totally given up on this location. Ive worked at two bdubs (including this one!) and I can honestly say their ability to put out a correct order is mind blowingly low. Theres always something wrong and it usually takes 40+ minutes for take out. Weve ordered time and time again but its always a disappointment.

Im from out of state and waaaay excited for football season!! I took an Uber just to get to this B-Dubs. When I got there they promptly put the game I wanted on and served me very fresh, hot food. And Ice cold beer just like I wanted!! Very friendly staff also!! I would definitely recommend!!!

A variety of food you dont see any where else. I had a bleu cheese burger and it was great! Didnt get five stars due to a party of six couldnt sit at a table, had to use a booth. Also, very busy, long wait for our meal and we had kids along so that was tense.
