Horrible experience will NEVER go back again. Was given a $25 gift card by a family member and used it on a $10-$12 dollar meal.. I was out with a group of peers and everyone received their checks and cards back except for me. So when I asked the waitress what happened to my card and receipt , she replied "We just throw away all the cards with no money on them." I have never been to an establishment where your gift card is thrown away FOR you. And even with that my peer used a $15 gift card on a $14 meal but his card was given back to him. So at this point Im noticing that something is fishy with whats going on. Later after about 15 minutes has passed since I told the waitress about my problem, another man (not the manager) came up to me and said "Is this the card?" Holding up a $100 Buffalo Wild Wings gift card. Me and all my peers considered this as a trap to get me to lie about what I actually spent. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! So I replied "No sir, it was a yellow $25 gift card looks just like the one my friend has sitting right there on the table." 10 more minutes pass and the same guy comes back with a new gift card with $16.00 of balance, (I keep my receipt because I suspected foul play). THE NEXT DAY I go back to spend my last $16.00 to get rid of this card so I wont have to go back again. And I pay for a meal that was roughly $13 and the manager comes to me and says, " Okay, this card has never been activated, put money on etc."( My suspicion of foul play was correct). So I said Sir, I was just here last night and we had the same problem yesterday. Then the whole problem was resolved. Worst experience of my life hands down with a restaurant and will NEVER EVER return.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! My family and I went to eat lunch here today, first the server brings out all of our drinks except for my 3 year old sons, when I asked her about it, she was very rude in her reply to me. Then we waited another 10 to 15 minutes just for his DRINK! Then we waited almost an HOUR for our food to be served, not only was all of the food COLD but my salad was ROTTEN! !! When I brought this to the managers attention, all we heard were fake excuses and rude tones. Our server was terrible as well because she just didnt care about us or the fact that we had to wait so long for our food. Finally, when we received our check, we expected some sort of compensation for everything, and all they did was take the 4 sodas that we ordered off our check. We still paid 50 dollars, plus the tip that my father was kind enough to leave for the waitress, for a bunch of crappy food and the worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. Shame on you employees and manager of this buffalo wild wings, you ALL need a good lesson in customer service. I will NEVER be returning to this buffalo wild wings again, and Im speaking for the 6 other people that were with me today as well!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

We waited a very long time before anyone came to the table after we were seated. There were several employees just standing at the counter, including the young lady that seated us. We tried to make it obvious by looking around that we had not been helped yet, and one server even went to the booth right next to ours to check on that table, but not us. There were only 3 tables with people seated including ours. Finally after a long wait a young man named Daniel came and asked if we had been taken care of yet, we said no. He said he was sorry, he wasnt sure where our server had gone, and he took care of us from that point. He went above and beyond, giving advice, being helpful and attentive. He never let our drinks go empty, and we didnt have to ask for our to go boxes. Over all the experience was good and Im sure we will return. It would be nice for a manager to be on the floor watching to see if customers are being served, but Daniel saved the day.

Im not a BWW fan. This was my first visit to this location, third chain visit ever. I just dont love it. The fried pickles were bad, and I can hardly figure out how you make a bad fried pickle. The two wing sauces we picked were bad. Everything was too salty. The service was mediocre, table was filthy (literally had a foot long smear of some sticky substance on the side of the table that my friends sweater stuck to), the game he wanted to see was on one, small television and there was no option for sound, despite us being the only ones on that side of the room, I never got a drink refill, his domestic beer was $8, and the bathroom had zero toilet paper. Positives, the cheese curds were good. Really good. The chili fries werent bad. The game was, sort of, available.

Worst experience ever! I ordered online...when I picked up my order the person proceeded to give me the wrong order. I told her it was not mine. Gave her my name again and informed her it was an online order where she proceeded to tell me that she had no control over what I order online. She handed me the printed ticket and said "see this is what you ordered!" She went to get a manager. While she was gone I looked at the order ticket she had left on the counter...it was not only not my order it was a call in order under a different name and card number. I Will not return. She didnt even apologize but became very snot with me.

I have been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time, that being said this location was a complete let down. Not a single item we ordered came out correct. Our waitress was more interested in her phone, standing on the side, then filling our beverages. The manager did try to save the experience but it was too little too late. Both of us left theyre literally feeling sick to our stomach. Not sure what is going on but this location is one I would not recommend. This is not the first time weve had poor service there, but it will be the last. Hate to say it but we are not going back!

Absolutely terrible place to go and eat food. Is there tvs to watch games, sure but be willing to wait for service all the way around. I have been multiple times and everytime it gets worse. Placed a to go order and waited 30 minutes before i picked up only to find out when i got there, they never even put in the order (and i wasnt the only one will this trouble) Went there last week to watch sunday football and it took over 1 hour and 25 minutes to get our food......yeah ridiculous. Sad really cause i eat at the one in Little Rock for lunch and it is good evertime.

Me and my 2 friends are here to watch the Mayweather/McGregor fight. We had to be here like 5 hours early to secure a table. Were in recovery, so we dont drink. The waitress has been super nice about the fact that we shared an appetizer, ordered 2 sodas and still have 4+ hours to go. The food has been great. The atmosphere has been fun. Overall, I give it 5 Stars for service, food, and not acting too disappointed that were not a big tip table for this special fight night!
