First of all, it has to be a pretty horrible dining experience for me to even bother writing a review. On the same note, it has to be a REALLY horrible experience for me to leave no tip at all. Even if the service is bad, I usually tip minimum to respect the wait staff. My husband I and dined here tonight and ordered 2 hotpots. My hot pot was already boiling when it arrived but my husbands wasnt. In fact, my husbands hot pot never boiled and we had to have them get a second sterno and it still never boiled. Finally we asked for the bill. The waiter asked why we didnt eat the second hot pot - "uh, it never boiled." He said the sterno must have gotten soup in it and apologized, but they still charged us for it. Seriously, we were served inedible undercooked food and they still charged us for it. Dont go here!

The caterpillar roll was pretty good but not worth the price. Youd be better off going to Teharu for sushi. The two stars comes from a couple bad experiences. One the music is unnecessarily loud that even the staff yells at each other. Two, Im Chinese and dont have a problem when I go in alone or with other Asians but I brought my American friends and the staff were clearly opposed to serving them both times I tried going there with them. The staff will randomly decide they want to close the kitchen hours early if they see anyone who isnt Asian. I dont suggest this restaurant if youre not Asian.

Food was great but service was horrible. We ordered Sake bombers and the sake came out when we were pretty much finished with our beers. We ordered a Hot Pot and when it was brought to our table she said she would be right back with rice. We waited as long as we could but we were starving so we ate it without the rice. When she did bring it we had already finished our food. What was the most frustrating was all the tables around us received food and drinks much quicker than us when they were seated after us. I would love to go back but not sure its with it even though the food was good.

Terrible service and super slow. Went there 3 times. First time it was just my group of friends there and it took them 15 mins to just give us water and take our order. I let that slide. Second time I went there same thing so for about a year I did not want to go there. Finally, thinking they changed their ways, I decided to give them a chance. Guess what? Same thing, sure this time they had a few customers there but they seriously just neglected us. The people that came after us got their food first. Save yourself some time and dont come here!

Worst experience Ive ever had in a restaurant. I tipped 20 dollars and I also left my backpack in the restaurant. When I went back the next day within 5 minutes of opening the restaurant denied having my backpack, and I was out over $600. The staff was disrespectful and rude, and I do not recommend any Greek life member going to hot pot. Do not give them business.

Food was alright, nothing too extraordinary. As for the atmosphere it felt very strange with the edm in the background paired with the more delicate look of the place.

I have yet to have a bad experience here. Excellent food and a great set up inside. This place has a real Asian feel to the atmosphere.

Terrible! My beef dish I ordered was all fat trimmings so basically I paid $11 for white rice and potatoes. Never will return!
