The only reason I am giving 1 star is due to the fact that the food is very good. The customer service is horrible. Im from Hawaii. People in Hawaii dont act like these people do. I talked up this place to my co-workers who I always told how Hawaii people show others ALOHA. Ummm, I was so embarrassed for the people that worked there. I apologized to my co-workers for them. Yes, they liked their food but they wont go back. In my opinion, it isnt that hard to smile, be welcoming and polite. If you want t good customer service and good food, go to Aloha Kitchen on Alma School in between Elliot and Guadalupe (next to Nellos Pizza).

I love this place! It has been one of my favorite places to eat in the Phoenix metro area for a while now. The food is amazingly delicious. My favorite entrees to get include Meat Jun, Spicy Pork, Spicy Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and Mandoo. The macaroni salad, glass noodles, and kimchi are some of my favorite sides.The quality of the food is consistent. This place deserves more attention.

My favorite hawaiin food restaurant, and its not even close. Ive been to Ono and L&L and the food is just not good. Someone wrote microwaved food? The have an open kitchen with a grill so Im not sure why that comment is here. Spam musubi is delicious. Spicy pork and spicy chicken are awesome. Most authentic hawaiin bbq Ive had in Phoenix.

First off, the little chubby asian lady was RUDE. This place is dirty. They make L&L look like beyonce. Im used to good hawaiin food. I havent gotten my food but the time its taking for them to bring out my 2 BBQ musubis is definitely influencing my rating on this review its been 15 minutes already

This is my favorite Hawaiian BBQ place to get kalbi (short ribs) and Hawaiian BBQ chicken! Just tell them u want a kalbi and chicken plate and pick your 4 sides and always make sure you pick the macaroni salad (also like Hawaii Mac salad). Their service has always been friendly towards me!

The food is decent, but the veggies arent fresh, I just watched the staff pour corn out of the can, into the serving dish... disappointing. The staff is kind of awkward and silent.. a little rude. Definitely no aloha spirit. But, I really do like the Katsu chicken and mac salad.

Lunch special with drink $11.22. Teryaki chicken tasted good, but a small portion. Awkward silence of staff didnt offer any customer service. I wasnt sure how long it would take either. Lastly, exterior bathroom was accessed around the corner and was quite dark.

Ive been looking for a good Korean restaurant near ASU for a while, and I only just discovered that they serve Korean food here. The bibimbap is fantastic, and the grilled beef was extremely tasty.
