This place is expensive, but its totally worth the cost. Everything is super authentic and delicious! Me and my friends went a few weeks ago, and our expectations were already set pretty high. But Seoul Garden blew us away. The service was incredible. Our waiter joked with us throughout the night and was super helpful, giving us a quick chopstick lesson and also awesome recommendations. He was also pretty impressed when my friend and I both ordered the squid, which helped steel my nerves a bit about being adventurous (no way was I not going to clean my plate after that). But for all my resolve, it wasnt necessary. The food, even and especially the squid, was absolutely delicious! I feel like I have a new favorite food it was so amazing. So spicy I could die and fun and, of course, tasty - a perfect combination. (Not all the food is spicy, and its clearly marked on the menu. But when its spicy, expect it to be HOT.) My first reaction to the side dishes was that they seemed a bit skimpy - we only got four. But I think i was just spoiled at my old Korean restaurant in Arkansas where we got as many as six or seven. But that minor disappointment aside, they were absolutely delicious. Their kimchi is to die for. When we got seconds of it I could have kissed someone (also, the kimchi was strangely helpful in cooling the fire on my tongue). Their marinated potatoes are also absurdly tasty. I did end up getting one of the more expensive items on the menu, but it was absolutely worth it. Eating there was an adventure and an opportunity to make wonderful memories. Even if youre looking for something a bit less, um, interesting than squid or octopus, everything I and my friends ordered was of the highest quality. You wont regret eating here.

After making this review I got confronted by their waitress and telling me that non of what I said is true. Im eating then she confronted me with what I said in this review and I think that is unproffesional. I understand that they are making the effort to make the restaurant as good as other restaurants do, i mean they are good but the experience I have is my experience and my opinion, she should not have confronted me there while I was eating or she should have ask me whats wrong with my food and I will gladly say what is wrong. I hope I can talk to the owner of the restaurant. Here is my review... I dont know what i just ate, they used to have good food but I ate here together with my husband and im not happy. Their tofu ramen soup tastes like instant noodles that they just add tofu and kimchi, ive been eating korean and I know korean food. Their bibimbop (the beef hot bowl) there is like 3 or 4 pcs small cut beef and tons of vegetable and the lady who is serving us said that the portion is just the same amount of the vegetables but its more veggie than the meat? Then later on she said that the hot bowl that I just ate it supposed to have more vegetables and duh I ate at myung ga and the food is much better than here their portion their is much better than the over priced menu here. Just to be fair I loved the spicy pork hot bowl more than the beef hot bowl and the person who served us with food is friendly I admit that.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The food did not taste good at all. And not only that the lady that was helping us was very rude. When we where ready to order she placed a paper and pen in front of us and told us to write what we wanted. After we did that they turned on the little stove in front of us. About 10 minutes later another lady came up to us and got mad at us. She yelled at us and told us to not touch it. When we told her that it was the other waitress she denied everything. After we finished eating the food, which is not only overpriced, but tasted terrible (90.00 for 4 people). We told the waitress that we wanted to split the bill 4 ways. After we swiped our cards, the lady yelled at us again. She asked us of we had a problem with their service. When our answer was, "No, why?" She told us that we did not tip enough and demanded that we tip more. We told her that two of us had left another tip on the table and they got even madder at us that because we didnt give it to her personally. I am actually worried that they are gong to try to take more money from my card because I "didnt tip enough". I have never had a worse experience anywhere else. Dont waste your time their. Unless you enjoy terrible service.

If there were an option for no stars at all I would have picked that for the rating. Dining at Seoul Garden was by far the worse experience ever. The service was horrible and no real taste in the food; similar to what frozen food tastes like when it has been in the freezer for a long time which is almost tasteless. When the food arrived the meat was cold, the portions super tiny and hardly any meat at all. Poor food taste doesnt justify the overpriced menu. Seriously you are better off eating at a fast food type of restaurant like Korean cupbop. The worse thing about eating there was the poor and unfriendly customer service by the waitress who when we tried to change what we had ordered for something different, she was argumentative and say flat no because they couldnt sell that and the chef would feel bad! Seriously, if they dont know the basics of customer service and the "customer is always right" no wonder the restaurant is a ghost-town.

It was my birthday and my sister was treating me. Korean is my favorite ethnic food. So we decided to try this place! Upon entry its obvious that its a new start up with few, simple decorations. Its clean and a positive open atmosphere. Yun or Jun(I may be spelling her name incorrectly) was our server and was VERY helpful with explaining the menu, entrees and recommendations! She was attentive, genuine, and kind. The food was SO GOOD!! The arrangement for some of the entrees was lacking a bit, but the taste far outweighed that slight. An excellent entree in particular is the octopus...WOW! Their kimchi is good! Cost is in the moderate range. I think very worth it for the quality and quantity. The best way to enjoy the food is to savor every bit. Try not to shovel in the food, despite a generous serving. But rather enjoy every flavor and let the food linger on the palate! YUM! Ill be going there again!

as a spicy maniac, I love this place. I guess, they know how to make korean yookgaejang and spicy pork bulgogy. However, some of the dishes are kind of overpriced. such as japche, buchimgae and ddukbokki. I want to try them but the price... damm..
