I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. It started by me walking into the restaurant at 10:33am and we were 3 mins too late for breakfast. I was fine with this but really wanted breakfast. So we ordered two lunch menu meals. When we got home the fries were undercooked and they forgot one of the meals. I called the store back and explained to the manager Darwin I didnt want a free gift card I wanted the meal I ordered and I didnt want to go back into my hot car to get it. He explained to me they were understaffed and too busy to bring my sandwich to me. The understaffed problem is probably why they forgot my sandwich. I also emailed the main company with no response. It seems like this company doesnt care much for their customers. Also i guess it was my fault for expecting them to actually get the order right but this was handled incorrectly after the fact.

I think Jeff Foxworthy said it best: "Set a Chick-fil-A original chicken sandwich on top of your head, and your tongue will beat your brains to death to get to it." This place is delicious, especially the aforementioned original sandwich, which I like with mayo and extra pickles. This one has kind of a poor location and can be tough to get in and out of. Special note: Im not wild about some of their corporate policies (not limited to not being able to get a dang chicken sandwich on a Sunday, which sucks, but isnt terrible), and if you arent either, console yourself with the knowledge that many of the companies they deal with (Coke, Heinz, Visa) do support things like equal rights, so some of your money is going to those who dont oppose letting people be who they are).

Every time I order a 12 piece nugget from this store, I always receive them cold (below 125 degrees temp). Usually they give me fresh from the fryer nuggets after as a replacement. But the last time I went I ordered 12 nuggets was ridiculous. They obviously gave the nuggets to me cold. I came back around and re ordered "fresh nuggets" I received another 12 cold nuggets. The cashier refused a refund, even after I tested a nugget right in front of her. After 5 minutes of yelling with the manager with the fat mole on her face, she then finally gave me a refund telling me she doesnt want my business any more. Dont get it twisted, I clearly didnt want your business when I asked for the refund. - former McDonalds Employee

I have always had good experiences at chick-fil-a until they forgot an item in my order, I made it home before I realized, when calling the store the manager said I could come back or they would send coupons in the mail, coupon was more convenient for me only 2 1/2 weeks later nothing just called chick-fil-a for an update to find out nothing was sent, due to the managers incompetence I will be moving to the east coast on Sunday with no coupons and not even a refund on my missing item, I thought values were important at chick-fil-a i cant say Ill be going back at this point or recommending as an honest food chain shame on you Chick-fil-a!

Fantastic services! Holy god! The drive through was stacked like 8 cars deep, but they had 2 people outside taking orders, one guy taking payments, and another handing out food. Took no time at all to get order in and recieve food. Seriously, from order to food was under 10 minutes with 8 or so cars ahead of me. And the frys were BOMB. Everytime I get waffle fries else where, theyre flimsy and under cooked, but here they were perfectly golden and crispy. If you had a bad experience here, go for lunch during the work week. That staff kicks ass!

Last couple of times Ive been in, Ive waited 15-20min for my breakfast. And during my last visit yesterday, I asked to have my chick fil a Chicken biscuit to be remade because the biscuits were hard. I was forgot about and waited another 15 mins to get new ones only to have the same end result. So sadly I will no longer come to this location and go to another one instead. Get your act together please. And also to the managers there, treat your employees with some respect. Its a bad look when customers can see the treatment towards them!

Yummy! This place is my weekday night go-to spot. The service is quick (provided that you dont go during lunch rush at the drive through - which gets to be a pretty long wait). Also, I have to point out that the quality of the food for the times Ive eaten there has been very consistent and delicious (and that cant be said of many fast food joints). The chicken sandwich (original combo meal) and those fries are always "on fleek"! :D PS. If you are thirsty on a hot summer day, get that sweet iced tea. Sooo good!

I ordered online and the site specifically asks what time I would pick up. I get there and I am thinking the manager tells me that I had to call in to make sure I was coming. I told him I already paid, why would I not pick up? He says that there are people that actually order and pay but dont pick up... hard to believe this happens!!! Weird! I ended up waiting for my order for quite a while!!! Never ordering from this homophobic place!

Food is standard Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches and pieces. I like the chicken nuggets/tenders with ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces. I would avoid the chicken wrap as it was pretty dry and flavorless. The restaurant is clean and the service is really really fast. They bring the food out to you by the time you find your table. Note that the bathrooms are locked with the door code listed on your receipt.

Its a fairly standard Chick-fil-A. Its nice due to it being close to Mill and ASU. Do pay attention if you go through drive through, its happened multiple times where they forgot a sandwich or something. When this happened to me, I immediately called and the manager answered. Let him know of the situation and he sent me cards for free food! In any case, good stop for food before hitting the town.

Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food ever, but is it really fast food or something more? The food is always too kitchen and prepared as order. The staff is super friendly and willing to accommodate almost any requests. Theyre super involved in the communities theyre located in, and are often found to be supporting amazing charities and local causes.

Manager wouldnt honor cow appreciation day outfit when 3 of us came in completely dressed up and did not know it was past the special (by an hour) other workers tried to see if they could honor It, manager yelled and said "nope, Not today!!" Terrible customer experience and terrible management.

Chick-Fil-A is an absolutely great place to eat. They have great tasting food, reasonable prices and the staff is overly nice. One of the employees forgot to put a straw in the container they hand you and he dang near cried for forgetting. They are exceptionally friendly and well organized.

Very friendly staff and great, prompt service. Succession plan from cashiers and such into management looks like it is working very well; Connor is the man. Always one of the best fast-food experiences, even during the chaotic-by-nature events, like College Night and Appreciation Nights.
