Something is really wrong with this place 8 out of 10 times i go they tell me they are out of some of their chicken... they then try to proceed to try and convince me to buy two drumsticks for one wing... which I appreciate, but you guys serve fried chicken on the daily, how do you run out of chicken? I work for fast food, someone needs to be trained CORRECTLY on how to order your food. Four times now i have gone and gotten a LARGE side of MASHED POTATOES, and i make sure to explain that i dont want gravy in it... this is the FOURTH time theyve given me the smallest side they have with barely any potatoes in it, but most of it gravy!! Thank you for ruining the only food i can eat... ive tried calling, no answer, sometimes you guys answer but hang up immediately after... the best thing is, i looked at my recipeit. Guess what?! They charged me for what they gave me, even though im 100% sure i told the guy no gravy and a large mashed potato, im pretty sure the guy in the truck heard me too.

I was craving some KFC the other night so I decided to head to this location with some friends. We arrived at 6:45pm and the store closes at 10pm. I asked for the Wednesday Special (Chicken and Corn) in the Extra Crisply Style. The front counter person told me that they were out of the Extra Crispy, I told him I was more than willing to wait for a fresh batch as we were in no hurry. He then told me they were NOT going to make anymore Extra Crispy that Night. Confirming that with the On duty Manager, we promptly left the Store and Went down the Street to the Arbys. 3 More hours of being open and no food being cooked, Great way to lose customers.

IT WAS TOWARDS CLOSING TIME, I REALIZE. BUT THE CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED AND TOO OILY. I HAD IN DIGESTION THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE NIGHT. QUALITY CONTROL OF GREAT FOOD IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE RETURN OF CUSTOMERS. I WILL BUY FOOD DURING THE DAY FOR A COMPARISON TO DETERMINEI IF THE FOOD IS BETTER DURING THE DAY VS JUST BEFORE CLOSING TIME. THE QUALITY OF FOOD SHOULD BE THE SAME MORNING , NOON AND NIGHT. FOR ME, IF IT IS NOT, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

The food is always good at KFC. But when I go into the bathroom to wash my hands and the paper towels are empty it makes me upset. It takes longer than an hour to use up that many paper towels. So if they checked the paper towels and bathroom every hour it would be sure to catch it if it went empty. There was also a lot of soap dripping on the floor which made the bathroom look unclean . Get on the ball guys!

Gabe the place a 3rd strike worth my 2 previous experiences from quality of the food and service. I didnt even bother ordering the third time as the wait time for am extra crispy 5 dollar fill up was outrageous and had no thy pieces but wanted me to settle with two legs instead i wasnt going to risk over cooked and not having a meal. This place is losing quality and satisfaction fast. Do not eat there.

Waited 25 minutes to get my food, for the last ten minutes I could see my sandwich sitting on the counter. The place was not busy at all and was very dirty and falling apart. My lunch break was over and my co - worker was finished eating when they finally called my name and have me the sandwich that was now cold and chewy. The potato wedges were piping hot though. I would not recommend this place.

Went through the drive through and due to such poor customer service decided to go to another KFC. The guy had a poor attitude from the start. Started to order and he responded "we will get your order in just a minute". I dont think i will be going back. I would rather take the extra time to go to the Layton location.

Horrible service. Ordered 3 meals but she only gives me 2 drinks. I explained I ordered 3 meals which I already paid for so she starts to charge me for another meal. They never have any of the chicken fillets ready any time I go so I always have to settle for something else. I wont be going back.

Dirty lobby,unorganized staff, didnt have pot pies, didnt have chicken legs, didnt have any white meat,and didnt have any ice cream all this on a slow sunday . . Do not recommend this place for chicken or anything else at all

I have never waited in a drive-thru longer. On top of the wait time, the food was cold, the order wasnt complete and the chicken strips were about as thick as the spork for the mashed potatoes. Caution, avoid this KFC.

I got my hotwings, paid for the 10 pack. got them and went home. opened up the hot wings and they were completely raw. Health hazard warning. they will serve you raw chicken!. Do not go!
