Let me first start by saying that I love Chick-Fil-A. I just stopped by this store ON NATIONAL FRENCH FRIES DAY to get a sandwich and my favorite FRENCH FRIES of any restaurant. Being in a rush to get back to work, as I travelled 15 minutes to this location, I just paid at the drive thru, grabbed the bag and drove away. As I drive back to work, I reach in to the bag about half way back to my work and to my surprise, the FRENCH FRIES I paid for were not there... So here I am, driving down the road, crying in my car because I paid to get FRENCH FRIES on NATIONAL FRENCH FRIES DAY, and the one time that my order is messed up is when I am longing for FRENCH FRIES on NATIONAL FRENCH FRIES DAY. I was FRENCH FRYLESS! I understand that it would have only taken 2 seconds to check the bag to make sure everything was there, but cmon... I thought I could trust Chick-Fil-A employees to get my order correct the first time, as the store was completely empty with the exception of one vehicle behind me in the drive-thru. I know this is totally first world problems, but it still hurts Chick-Fil-A... It hurts bad...

I agree with what Dani wrote. Since theyve opened, weve done the drive thru 3 times. On this night we decided to dine in to see if our experience would be perhaps better. The floor was so dirty. Could have used a good sweep. The kids that work there, well I commend them for having a job. Very proud of them. What I dont like to see/ hear the Supervisor/manager getting onto the kids in ear shot. I said something and they looked at me like deer with headlights. Take care of the cutomers first. Closing duties should be done at closing time, not 2 hours before. The kids get 5 stars!

Drove through the drive up and not only did they get my order wrong but when I pulled up to the window the employee named "Jessika" was extremely rude and not customer service friendly at all! I have been going here since opening in hope they would get there stuff together but this Chick-fil-a is an absolute mess when it comes to customer service and quality. Will NOT be going back.

Sitting in this Chick-fil-A right now and Im so pissed off because every time I come here they mess my order up and it take 15 mins to get my food. Today is the third time since they been open that I have had to speak with a manager and they didnt seem to really care.I will not be coming to this Chick- fil-A again. Horrible service.

The food is good but be careful when ordering a milkshake, a week or two one of the ladies that works in the mornings totally tipped and dumped about an 4th of the one I ordered out all over the inside of my car and drivers side window and just said she was sorry and went back to business as usual.

Ive never had good luck with this location. Im honestly not sure why I keep coming here. Ive gotten food thats under cooked, over cooked and Ive been missing food from carry out orders. I love Chick-Fil-A but not this location.

This is the second time Ive been through the drive-thru and they got my order wrong its almost like you have to double-check when it should be the employees job to double-check the order. I voted for higher wages not sure why.

This location is usually pretty empty so my kids have the play place to themselves. Breakfast time is especially slow. I guess no one else has caught on yet.
