Ive had the MOST NEGATIVE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION!!! I live in north phoenix, ate here job is nearby went home with food. Evrything was wrong. no spicy chicken no napkins no bbq no sauces etc. I called and spoke with Crystal(a manager) she gave me a code when I visit back there. I drove all the way down there same day and Crystal was not there so I asked to speak to another manger or someone who could help me. Bad IDEA! Jose made me and my brother look like FOOLS. I told him the situation to get my food order correct and he looked confuse even when I explained what was going on. he started to raise his voice and say" we dont have no codes, theres no code003 code004" I said Thats what Crystal told me over the phone and he acted like she never said anything. I kept informing him I HAD TALKED TO CRYTSAL 30MIN PRIOR. SMH I WILL NEVER EAT HERE IM TELLING EVERYONE AND EVERYONE BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION. JOSE & CRYSTAL go screw eachother. EXTREMELY VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. watch your backs.

I always love the food at Popeyes, but the service at this location isnt the best. The guy ruining the register doesnt actually listen to your order. Instead, he chooses what he thinks you said and then doesnt understand why hes being asked to fix the order. Luckily, there was another employee working who seemed to actually want to be working there. She was a young girl who was an absolute pleasure to speak with! She smiled even! Overall, an ok experience today, but only because of the young girl and the food. I wouldnt return to this location otherwise.

The food is actually good, but there service is awful!!! Three different times we have gone there and every single time they do not get our order right! And it is not just one persons it has been almost every part of our order being wrong, and they forgot our sauces. My husband even wrote the company the second time and we did not even get a response! I really like the food but I just dont know that we will ever go back after three very bad experiences. :(

This place always has the best breaded chicken and shrimp. They had a special with surf and turf. Shrimp and chicken strips.. That shrimp was the best.. oh man, thinking about it now makes my mouth water.. blackened ranch sauce is there best with a little spiciness to it. The staff there is great, and treats you good. The service is fast, and fresh. The best hours to get the freshest food is between 10:30am and 12pm.

Had a great experience and great food left the establishment as happy as can be got home to cave Creek AZ and realized I forgot my cell phone on the booth in the Popeyes I called them spoke with a wonderful lady named Nancy who frantically searched around the store to help me find my phone found it in the booth and held onto it for me until I drove 45 minutes back up their wonderful experience wonderful staff

Between Canes, ChikfilA, and Popeyes I would choose Popeyes chicken. The crispy and seasoning are the best. They need a 2 piece tender meal though. Even a one piece combo would be a great snack. Not a fan of the fries that why they get 4 stars. The staff is incredible- friendly and keep the place spotless.

If you would like to eat DONT COME HERE.. I have been waiting 30 minutes for 20 pieces of chicken TWENTY PIECES OF CHICKEN.. they have NO CHICKEN READY EVER. All the free sodas in the world are not going to get me MY CHICKEN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN!

Great go-to for lunch. Not many options, but its a chicken place...what more could you expect. Three tenders by themselves (meaning no biscuits or sauce) is a good lunch for those counting calories.

Ordered spicy, had to repeat it at the speaker. Said mild on the receipt, I asked again that I was getting spicy at the window, they said yes. And I got mild. Least it was hot and crunchy.

Excellent buttery biscuits! Great spicy chicken strips. I was not much of a dipping sauce person until I tried the Bold and Spicy BBQ. The Red Beans and Rice side dish is a must try.
