STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I pull up to the intercom and the person doesnt say welcome to Popeyes, instead; what do you want? She had a demanding tone stating well what else do you want? When I inform her of my sauce she stops me and says, just pull around to the window. Once I get to the window, it was not a friendly greeted service. She stated, okay what sauces do you want now? This could have been avoided by doing two things. 1. getting the order from the intercom. 2. Stating, what kind of sauces would you like today? I pay for my meal and get handed a box of food. I had to ask for my drink since she forgot. Once I get home, my extra items are not in the box, there are no sauces either. I have to drive back to the store. Once I enter, the person who took my order looked at me and said, nope Im off the clock. Then others decided not to help for a few moments all looking at me. One cook, stated we will be with you in a moment. A cashier comes to help but offers no condolences or attempt to get me fresh food. No manger came forward, they just stared at me while they sorted out a 70 CENT short on a register. 70 cents vs taking care of the customer. This company doesnt care for its customers!

I have been to and enjoyed Popeyes over the years . This one is POORLY run and I am being kind . I got a large rice and asked for the small cup "reg" size. You guessed it, It fit righ in! As the so called "large" was loosely half full . Today I ordered a small in what looks to be a 6 oz cup . It was also very loose not half full . Every Popeyes I have ever been to in the past does full to top "lighty packed" . No jelly at this location ( unless Popeyes stopped altogether ) this location never has it .The only thing thats consistent is mistakes on everything . I have got wrong rice , wrong size , wrong order Etc. Training must be the pits cause it just seems like utter confusion . Food tastes good except the one time the styrofoam was melted and it tasted toxic ! Otherwise in case you are wondering why I come back . I actually like the taste . But I think I am officially at my end . A bummer because I do like the recipes . Not a well run franchise that has so much potential :-()

Love Popeyes Chicken.. With that said went the drive thru at this location 2880 S Alma School. Greeted with really laughter though speaker , had to repeat things several times as window person was laughing so hard and loud they could not hear us. This couinued even till we got to the window.. After Oder taker was done laughing She told us to drive around again so they could take care of other people. OK not a problem... SO finally get food make the 15 mile drive home (we where on opposite side of town to get some specialty items from store in same lot). Get to unpacking order and fin that Several things are missing. Totaling at least 9 dollars worth for a 39 dollar order that is BAD. Tried calling Number on receipt several times no answer. So basically i feel i was conned out of a Quarter of my families Dinner. Called the next day to get refund for item missing and was refused... WILL never ever go here avian .. Sadly given distance this would have been a one time trip anyways.

Me and my cousin recently just went here. We tried ordering chicken nuggets, they told us it would be a ten minute wait... We are the only car. I said ok we dont want those then. So we then ordered 2 three PC dinners. My cousin ordered 2 of the mash&gravy knowing that one is for her meal and one is extra costing. The guy rudly says ok your total is ready at the window.... We werent done ording... So finally we tell him what drinks we want with our combo and suck we say we want mediums and he gives us a large... Then he has the nerves to charge us for a extra drink and 3 mashed potatoes ummm no. If anyone wants to get good food DOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOTTTT GO HERE. WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE

Ordered a shrimp po boy and a 3 piece tender. I received and paid for a 3 piece dinner. This was the third time Id been there and my order has been incorrect. I truly dont think the cashier knows her menu; as she always seems confused. I opted not to send the dinner back because I just didnt have the energy to go through the drama. Moving on, the po boy had brown lettuce....YUK! And the chicken was inedible, like someone poured a box of salt on it. This is a brand new location and I live around the corner. Ive eaten Popeyes for decades....but I will not return to this one. Third time is a charm. Poor, poor management and it WILL affect your business, Popeyes. Step up your game!

Doh! I guess I should have read the reviews. My order was completely wrong and I didnt realize it until I arrived home. I dont get it. Its not that difficult to ring up an order correctly. Ive worked in a fast food place before and its easy. Furthermore, how difficult is it to give customers fresh fries and fresh chicken? I ordered a five dollar box of shrimp and a five dollar box of chicken tenders (both with fries). What I received was a box with a breast, thigh, and fries and another box with chicken tenders and fries that had obviously been under the heat lamp for quite awhile. I also requested sauce and didnt received any. Come on man!

I will have to say that this is the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to. And I have been to plenty. No matter what time of day I go, the chicken is never fresh. It always looks dry, like it has been sitting out all day, and it tastes like old grease. Well, I went today, trying to give it another chance, and not only was the chicken thigh that they gave me not fresh, it was the smallest freaking thigh ever!!! Like it came from a baby chicken!!! I have tried to give it a few chances but it has disappointed me every time.

Received promotional text and went in to double-up on the offer. Placed the order with no one in front and waited 10 minutes, while customer behind walk in and out. I decided to just get a refund. The cashier should have informed me of wait time beforehand. Shift manager Charles apologized, refunded my money and gave me a takeaway for the inconvenience. The wait and cashier were not satisfactory but the management showed me they really did care. For this reason, I will support them as they work to improve things.

After getting home, ready to eat I had 2 chicken wings that were hard, dark Not fit to eat, why would someone even send this out to the public, after going back to get my money, I was asked to sit, Im not sitting & waiting as I already water 10 minutes for the worst chicken ever paid money for, finally got my money back to coupon or anything else.
