I get the WORST service every time I go to any KFC/A&W, Kearns & Jordan Landing in particular! The person taking our order is very impatient and asking "Is that all?" Every time you order something in addition to cutting you off when you are ordering.. Then being told we would have to wait 10 min for a burger to be cooked and really waiting now 20 min (still waiting as I write this review).. In other times we always have to pull around or pull up to wait.. They never put napkins in the bags, even asking for condiments they will still not give you any and will run away from you before you can ask them to get you some.. So always make sure you keep them standing there while you check for your Honey, butter or fry sauce Lol Still waiting for our food... After 30 minutes the same guy came out to give us our food, I told him how ridiculous this was and asked if they put the condiments in there that I asked for.. He said he put the honey and butter but not the fry sauce, then asked me if we wanted him to get some.. I told him yes thats what we asked for and there was no honey or butter so he should bring that too.. Looking at our food while we waited, they didnt give us the side we wanted, that we tried confirming twice with him as he kept cutting us off when we ordered, so he still hasnt come back with the condiments so we went in to get them ourselves and get the right side.. Talked to a shift manager that wanted to correct the issue with "free cookies" which we had on our order already.. He offered a liter of Pepsi and said hed talk to his team member. Got home and discovered the bag of condiments which had smashed fry sauce cups all over everything... Obliviously smashed on purpose!!! The burger, that took 30 min to make, was COLD and I mean ice cold.. Like the onions and tomatoes were FROZEN!!! Also they gave us a lemonade instead of sierra mist... Pffff... This place is ridiculous.. Period.

This kfc is a disgrace. Every table had trash, the floors were so bad and to top off that end the trash cans were full and over flowing(i took a video). They didnt have any chicken but original. The biscuits were stail and the mash potatoes probably sat for hours before i had them. Oh and no soda becuase the carbonation was out and i guess been for hours. Now if that doesnt top off the cake on this visit what kind of kfc doesnt have any bbq sauce in the whole restaurant. These was more but ill leave the last thing on here for me by saying never again will i ever look at kfc the same after this horrible visit.

I usually go through the drive thru at this KFC and I went in to order and the place is dirty, the teenagers that are working there are unprofessional and dont even look clean. Its awful service the soda machines werent working. I dont know how they are even still running this place. The health department should be called and they need to hire adults instead of teenagers. They ruined it for me. I wont be going back and suggest you go to a different KFC. I think Jordan landing is the best KFC so far...

Super slow. I go in around 5 or 6 pm and they always seem to be low on fried chicken, how does that happen. Today I went in at 5:30 pm and ordered a 12 pc meal the guy said hold on and came back 10 minutes later just to day it was going to be another 40 minutes. This is the 5th time I have had problems and I will not be returning to this location.

Food is good but every time we go they forget something. Today my box meal did not have a biscuit. My 2 year olds kids meal did not have the cookie (thanks for that tantrum) and husband asked for extra gravy which was also not there. In addition, no butter or honey for husband who actually got his biscuit.

Always out of chicken by 8:30-9:00 even though they close at 10:00. Service is none. All the high school kids working there worry about talking and not the counter. Food is below par. They start mopping and closing at 9, if you happen to come in before they close (10:00), youll get stares.

If I could I would give them 0 stars I order at drive thru and they forgot my Mac and cheese I call to complain about it .the guy hang up on me I call the second time he answer and told my I didnt get charged for it and to come back and pay for it he was rude Im never coming back again

Most disrespectful little punks working here and the most uncleanness KFC I have ever been too!!! I go to KFC because they are one of the most cleanest restaurants in fast food, but I will never eat at this store again!
