Went to have lunch with my son dining area was filthy looked like they wiped the tables and chairs with a dirty rag. Food all over the floor. My son said the bathroom was nasty the door to the bathroom was black again looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Was served my food on DIRTY trays spoke with the so called owner TOMMY who didnt seem to care and his excuse was they are understaffed but it looked like they hadnt clean in a while. He was serving food and his uniform was filthy looked like he hadnt washed it in a while. Very rude Manager / Owner gonna get someone really sick if he hasnt already. Never going to eat here again. Didnt even want to give this place the 1 star because the dont deserve that.

Horrible. Service took 20 mins for the drive through making 2 KFC Famous bowls, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and Mac and cheese. I was told to pull forward, not to mention no one was in front of me. Waited for 20 minutes and no one has brought my food to me. I had to go inside and grab my food. Lady was rude to me at the front and tossed my food to me. So when I got home Im expecting all of my food to be there. I was missing my popcorn chicken, and biscuits and cookies with my famous bowls. I called 4 times and not ONE person answered... Im so done with KFC and your service. I will NOT be eating here again. By the way this is not the first time I had a horrible experience.

I love kfc because of their orginal recipe chicken although it took 1 and a half hours to make my sundae it only got made because i had to go and make it my self i stole like 50 bucks out of the cash register when i was in their and i took frozen burger patties as well so i have set up my own burger franchise but i closed down because i only had 3 patties any way i have gone off the subject of KFC what doesKFC stand for you ask Well dont ask because im the only one who noes what it stands for Kudos For Canda

I cant believe KFC allows this location to be this bad. I went to get some dinner and what I got was a terrible mess. When I got home I found most of the gravy spilled in the bad because they had put it in the bag on its side. What was left of the gravy was a watered down mess. It looked like they just added water when they got low. The gravy was not edible and as thin as water. I will never go to this location again and I think the manager should be ashamed of his staff.

Decent chicken, its always cooked, Ive never ever had to return anything which is a good sign of the quality of this particular location. The tea is also a great option for people like me who dont do soda. One less star because Ive gone in several times and there havent been chicken pot pies , I probably could have called and found out in advance, but Im just used to KFCs having chicken pot pies all day and all night.

The few times Ive gone in here the service has been awful, everyone has an attitude, and the place smells like a broken sewage line.. seriously the main problem are the employees attitudes. Its not our fault that youre in your mid-thirties and work at a KFC, thats your problem so drop the attitudes and do the job you agreed to do when you got hired. If you dont like your job try to better your life and move on.

Picked up through the Drive- thru; however whoever is working the drive- thru (black female) needs to lose the attitude. Please re train her customer service skills. Also, I asked for ranch & I get 1 ranch for 4 chicken littles that I had ordered.. Really!? Common sense to give at least 2 ranch per order! How do I know this?? & I have never in my life worked for a fast food place.

This is a conveniently located restaurant. The chicken tastes and looks like all other of its chain restaurants. The drive through is pretty quick. I recommend trying their chicken pot pie, its filling and has nice chunks of chicken in it. Beware though, it is very hot inside the pot pie, so do let it cool down before digging in. The workers are friendly and the store is clean.

Charged for extra items and did not receive. Even pulled around front to wait and order was still incorrect. I called the store because there was not a website or survey on coupon. I was instructed I had to bring in entire order back to store and that was only way they could help me. Totally annoyed with lack of checking an order real quick before handing to a customer.

They were out of slaw and most dipping sauces at 1130am on a Monday.. wtf! Normally ok service, but err body had their heads up their asses today! Took 24 min to give me 3 chicken strips a biscuit, and a small thing of mashed potatoes.. it honestly seems like there was no general manager working and they left the store to be ran by 5-17 year old kids.

Jonathan took my coupon $4 but I was charged $7.07 and didnt get all my food Hannah, the rude manager would replace the food nor give me my money back. Instead of honoring my coupon and giving me what I should have gotten they just lost a good customer. They dont answer their phone and corporate goes to a fax number. Bad business

If you have to go here, dont let them send you to wait at the front of the store or youll be sitting there watching other customers get served for a good 20-30 minutes. Anywhere but here, chick fillet is great, raisin cains too, hell churchs chicken is lookin alright compared to this location.

If you go during the day theyre usually okay. But if you go in the evening they are slow or they ignore you. I just sat in line for 30 minutes right in front of the order box, and noone even acknowledge me. There was three cars behind me we all backed up and left.

A #2 ordered, two thighs, fries, gravy. We got a wing, breast, mashed potatoes. The only thing close was that all were chicken! Not what one would expect when it was explained TWICE, to two people! And, no cookies! Sad. Nothing will happen as they dont care!

The chickens always up to KFCs standards, but the service here.....omgosh!!! Was told I couldnt get a 12 piece tenders on a Friday night, because apparently "they close soon, and everythings made to order". Haha, thats what Im doing ms. "Ordering" a 12 piece! LoL.

Dirty restaurant and service is lacking. I come by at around 5pm and they said theyre out of regular chicken and only had extra crispy. Makes me feel like they just didnt want to make more because what were they planning on doing for the next 5 hours?
