Liked it since the first time I tried it. Now, I dont know if this was just a bad batch, if its a Popeyess thing only or if its something all restaurants who serve popcorn shrimp do but, I got undeveined shrimp. For those of you who dont know what that means, its just that the digestion track, aka poop, isnt cleaned out. Now, Ive read somewhere that apparently on smaller shrimp with translucent track its not necessary to remove but Ill tell you what, these tiny popcorn shrimp had NO translucent track... it was full of shrimp poop... cooked shrimp poop to be more pacific. Anyhow, I saw one by mistake in my box cause the coating was falling off. From there on, I couldnt help myself but to peel every single shrimp off of the coating & see if I might have just gotten a dirty one... but no, not really! Maybe Im exaggerating, maybe some of you dont care or mind eating shrimp poop, but I just thought I put it out there in case you do care about the way you prefer your popcorn shrimp: deveined or with a side of shrimp poop

First time it was good my wife excited that she could have the blackened over priced chicken strips and if my wife is happy then I would do the best I can to make her happy, she has a lot of good allergies. So the second time we went ordered the same thing for my wife excited cause she hadnt eaten all day so we got our food to go which we live about 9 miles away from this place and get home and the strips were like chicken jerky over cooked and tough like rubber to chew. I was not happy at all spending $30 for a dinner that was in edible. I called them and they were they were made fresh which was not my argument, I told them the problem is that they were over cooked. No resolution provided. If you are ordering to go please check your food before you drive all the home.

The food was great! Service was fast! Employees super polite! My order WRONG?!!?! Ok Ive never gone to this Popeyes because everytime Ive driven past or decided to go there it was crazy packed. Tonight I was literally the only person in line and somehow they messed up my order. Im trying to wrap my head around it. The only reason the score is high as it is, is because the food was good. Also thank god when I got home and my son was sleep because the order portion that was wrong was for him. So I didnt have to tell him his order was wrong and what he had wanted wasnt there....

I love Popeyes and I was so excited to see one go up in Queen Creek. Im not one to write a review unless Im extremely pleased or disappointed in a place. I have only been to this one twice and last time was ok but this time was not. I ordered a 2 pc breast/wing mild combo. I got the sadest looking breast, that was spiced, and a drumstick. Im sad to say I will not be going back. $7 is too much to spend on a shriveled up piece of chicken.

Its a new place, they are going to make mistakes. Be patient! Check your orders before you leave. We had our order messed up the only 2 times weve been there. The second time I called because I purchased food for a lot of people and was missing quite a bit, manager was extremely nice and offered to remake the entire ticket next time I come in. Like I said, just check your orders, theyre new, and give them a break!

the staff is friendly and fast! I order the the loaded chicken wrap..well 2 to b3 exact! lol The were awesome and i ate both of them ! The restaurant is very clean the only bad thing that I would change that they were out of Coca Cola which is my favorite soda but isnt that five stars all the way!

my wife was told it would be 10 mins as they just drop more chicken and was ask to pull around to the from where she waited for 30 mins before going into the store. this was the 3 time this store has jacked up our dinner i will be contacting the owner of this location.

Assistant Manager at night is the greatest. She takes very good care of custo.ers, including myself, she is very personable withe customers, vibrant and a all around great Manager. Great service. Applaud. She is an African American woman with superb skills.

Did anybody got food poisoned in this place? The food wasnt that good and the green beans didnt look right. Hours later me and my girlfriend felt sick with a bad diarrhea, body ache, fever, etc. Had to miss work for three days so far...

This os the 2nd time i have visited ans both times enployess at drive throw forgot napkins and fork. The price was expensive for the size portion No customer serive skills. Nothing but deep fried no thanks not again
