Es la primera ves que vamos mi familia y yo , y quede impresionado de la forma tan amable como nos atendió la señora Raquel ,muy atenta ofreciéndonos muchas opciones del menu,quedamos tan encantados con la atencion que nos brindó que les aseguro que vamos a regresar muy seguido, y les recomiendo que cuiden a empleados como la señora Raquel ,porque la verdad ya casi no hay empleados tan atentos y amables como ella....y por lo que mire también muy trabajadora ,cuidenla, y por ella se ganaron 6 clientes mas ,y felicidades por tener empleados así con esa actitud tan positiva como Raquel...gracias.

Staff is not nice sometimes( most of the time) . I understand its busy , but customer service is priority. They seem bothered to have to help me with anything. I usually have large lunch orders and if i go through the drive thru i can guarantee the order is usually wrong . I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Even my office has learned this and now feels the same. Food is great ! The food is always delicious

This location is awesome. Their quality of both service and food is exceptional. Furthermore they are quick and their ingredients are much better than Wendys or the other chains that clutter the street. Update 3/16/16 This location continues to impress me. They are attentive to my order and thus I have yet to have any issues! Well done! This is by far my favorite fast food joint in the area.

I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado salad that is almost 8 bucks... And got something waaay off. I mean it had counted pieces of chicken and half of 1 slice of avocado... Very upset!! . Dumb me for not looking into the bag when I got my order and waiting until I got home. Very upset about this salad. I love pollo loco but today just didnt do it for me.

This food smells better than it tastes, but it still tastes pretty good. For fast food El Pollo Loco is great though. And it being so convenient makes it surprising how fresh it all is. They are grilling chicken over open fire all day and its got a pleasant of smokey flavor. Dont expect top tear food, but it definitely more than you pay for.

Tried to order two items on the menu but apparently those items arent actually a thing. Seems like they dont have half of their menu available at any given time, which is odd. How can you not have a chicken avocado salad when it is new and on the menu? At least the cheese quesadillas were good.

Ordered online the day before, large order, and it was ready and correct when I got there. In addition, the staff the very friendly. Only thing that could top that was all of the food was delicious - and it was. This is definitely on our lunch rotation.

So disappointing, went there to get a chicken black bean bowl and asked to substitute pinto beans instead of chicken. Instead they took out the chicken, the avocado, and left me with this. Charged me full price though.

The service was fast. Not quite courteous but its fast food. The shrimp tostada I ordered looked like the pic and tasted amazing. This was my first time trying El Pollo Loco but it wont be my last visit.
