Tucked away little hole in the wall restaurants generally fall into two categories: authentic little gems or somewhere you might get dysentery. Burger Factory falls solidly into the latter. I got the Chicken Enchilada plate with rice and beans. The red sauce was pretty good, but most likely came out of a can. The rice and beans were alright, but buried beneath a generous helping of lettuce, guacamole and what I think was tzatziki sauce. I mean, sour creme generally doesnt come with herbs and seasoning in it. The chicken -- if that was what it was -- was barely recognizable nuggets of meat. Fatty, tough and rubbery in texture, the meat caused me to give up barely a quarter of the way into the meal. After I dumped the rest of the food in the trash, I brushed my teeth. I wont be returning.

The perfect place to grab a burger late at night. I always get the best buy burger that comes with fries and a drink. I have NEVER been disappointed, I read another review on here that commented saying some other comments were racist. Id like to +1 that comment because yes the place is run by mostly hispanics but we do live in Arizona, which has one of the largest hispanic communities among the U.S. They speak 100% perfect english, the employees are friendly, polite and never fail to ask if you need catchup or anything else with the order. I suggest this place to all my friends and none of them have complained and some go back for more as me and my family do. Give them a try, the other food on their menu is wonderful as well!!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The portion size of the "small" fries was huge! They have a very large menu with everything from French toast to steak to burritos. I tried the regular cheeseburger, but was overly impressed with it. However the King Kong Super Burger was amazing! It has two beef patties, grilled ham slices and pastrami. Just delicious! All the burgers come with house made thousand island which is very good. They also make their ranch which was also extremely good. I would go back just for the King Kong burger and the fries, but I also plan to try some other menu items as well.

If I wanted bad food with worse service, I would have gone elsewhere. I made the mistake of ordering a teriyaki burger, and was given a mushroom burger which didnt have even a hint of teriyaki sauce on it. When I went up to ask for some teriyaki sauce, I was very rudely told that the teriyaki was cooked into the mushrooms. That was a blatant lie. The mushrooms had no flavor whatsoever, nor did the burger (unless you count grease as a flavor.) If youre looking for a good burger, save your money and eat ANYWHERE but here.

With a menu so large, I wouldnt expect high quality, but I was impressed. They have everything from breakfast to burgers to Mexican and milkshakes. Portions are substantial, and the food is very good. I was especially impressed with how clean their cooking area is. The line is right behind the registers, and there wasnt a spot of dirt or grease anywhere. If the bathrooms had been as clean as the rest of the store, Id have given five stars.

Best breakfast, lunch and dinner for low wallet impact!! I get breakfast burritos almost everyday. I order it over the phone, 10-15 mins later my office is satisfying their bellies with good quality food. Just me and another guy started, now i have practically the whole office craving this place every morning. The green sauce with the pico is the bomb. Try for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been visiting the Burger Factory for many years and have always had a good experience with them. The staff is always pleasant. The food is hot and fresh and if burgers arent your thing, they have a huge variety of great eats, including mexican food. Seriously, next time youre craving a burger, this place will hit the spot. Oh yeah, and theyre easy on your wallet too!

Reminds us of the awesome burger dives in Los Angeles. So far we have tried the avocado burger, chili burger, and bacon cheese burger which were really good. We always get the awesome onion rings, havent tried the fries. The building is small and decor is dated but who cares, its great food. Everyone says the breakfast burritos are great, cant wait to try.

Always awesome food! My favorite is the Chicken Salad with ranch. The ranch must be homemade because it is so yummy! The portions are always MASSIVE. Always enough to share. Today I got the Chicken Enchilada plate with green sauce. Again, delicious. HUGE variety. Everything from Gyros, to mexican, and obviously burgers. Stop by at least once a week. <3

I have been going here since the day it opened, I was about 9 and now 27. I truly doubt they would still be open if they were not pleasant. This is hands down the best burger in phoenix, the sauce beats in n out! and thats some damn good sauce. This is and always will be a gem but I wouldnt quite consider it a "hole in the wall".

Had gone there in the past and overlooked the poor decor and rude service but just tried to eat a burrito and found a quarter size bone in my food. Brought the plate up to a staff member and all he said "yeah looks like a bone" threw my food away and the guy didnt even offer a refund.

How did my Bacon Avocado Burger Combo cost more than the King Kong Burger Combo??? First time in and I apparently ordered the most expensive item on the menu. Burger and fries were pretty good, but for over $11 at a fast food joint it better be good. Burger patty is pretty thin.

Had the pastrami special with fries...probably the thickest pastrami Ive ever seen and it was delicious, definitely a good pastrami. Ive also had their good old fashioned cheese burger...yummy! Doesnt look like much from the outside, but its definitely worth a stop!

I love everything on the menu. Very nice and courteous staff, as well. I moved about twenty minutes away from this place but make it over there every once in a while cause its so good. My favorites are the Philly cheese steak and breakfast burrito

Usually one of my favorite spots, but going downhill. Tried to stop for lunch today and couldnt stay long enough to order due to unbearable heat. In Phoenix we are used to high temps, but the dining room of a restaurant shouldnt feel like a sauna

Love this place! My husband and I have been going there for years. Although we live in the East Valley, we make a point to take the kids at least once a year. Huge selection of food and they are always so friendly. Highly recommend.

I would give this place six stars if they would let me. Ive been eating here for over 20 years. They make all their own sauces dressings Etc and theyre phenomenal. Food is way above par for other comparable restaurants/fast food.
