This In-N-Out is set up just like every other In-N-Out. Walk in and there are you face the counter topped with three cash registered. As you walk forward, the restrooms will be on your right (with the mens on the left and womens on the right should you turn into the alcove) and the seating area will be the entire left of the store. You order, making sure to get a Neapolitan shake with your Double-Double and head to your left to fill up the ketchup tubs (no pickled peppers because this isnt California) before taking a seat on the benches which will be just in front of you. Dont worry about the soda fountain, which will be to your left, along the wall thats adjacent to the drive-thru, as you have a milk shake coming. When they call your order (Number 79, I believe), you go to the counter and find yourself a seat...but you cant have both a window and a booth. Should you want a window seat, youll have to choose from the hard seats that are set up as two-seater tables, some which are bundled with others. You could eat outside, but this is Arizona, so I wouldnt recommend that. Upon finishing your burger, you should toss the garbage either by the secondary entrance or by the ketchup dispenser. That is the restaurant layout and your experience, neither of which ever changes.

Ive always been an In n Out fan. But today I received an experience I never expected to receive. I always order the double double, fries, and a coke. By mistake I told the cashier No 2 thinking it was the double (which is the single but really if u think about should be the double). So I bite into the single and realized I ordered wrong and I had better order something additional. Walk back up to the counter fully intending on paying for a double, explain my funny story, and the cashier insists on giving me the second burger for free! I begged to let me pay for it. It was my fault after all. They insisted on not charging me and I thought wow... You just dont get that kind of over-the-top customer satisfaction anywhere. The crew on 7/19/16 around 5p went out of their way to make a customer happy :-) Am happy.... Thank you!

Just went in the drive thru, first was handed the wrong order. Thats fine but after confirming my order of just 1 burger and 2 fries. Then being handed 4 burgers and 4 fries. After noticing my order was misplaced, she asked for the receipt that was given to me at the cash window. I wouldnt be unsettled but last week when I came in, my order was messed up also. Never have I had in n out mess my order up. When I finally received my food, my fries were refried and cold. I wont be coming back to this location. It sucks that this store sucks.

You know why you go to In-N-Out This is a well managed location with friendly, highly motivated staff. The fryer grease is regularly cleaned (as a former hamburger chain manager, Im tough on this), as is the rest of the restaurant. One of the best In-N-Out locations Ive visited. Have been here 8-10 times.

With how people from the Midwest rave about In-and-Out, I expected better. The hamburger was solidly good. The fries did not taste fresh, tasted like cardboard. If youre from out of town and never tried this place, you gotta do it so you can say youve been here before but you might be underwhelmed.

Sorry folks I really cannot write good review. Although staff was very friendly, the burger patty was overcooked and fries were soft and greasy. On business trip from Texas and was told you have to try In-N-out Burger. Wont try it again. I guess Im perhaps partial to Whataburger!

Burgers were good, but COME ON! For a fast food burger joint, theres only 3 burgers on the menu and theyre all a regular hamburger or cheeseburger!!! Wish there was more options like a mushroom & swiss, blue cheese, and a chicken sandwich. Very disappointed!!!

Not as good as other In n Outs. Fries tasted funny today when I stopped by. Tasted like frozen fries that werent cooked all the way and let sit for awhile before I got them. Burger was decent thankfully. I wont go out of my way for this In n Out in the future.

Burger was fantastic, fries not.so.much. They need work, were hard, maybe undercooked some & lacked flavor. With that said, great service, the order taker was struggling & messed up our order. It was quickly rectified & all was good (well, except the fries)

Good place for a quick, cheap burger. Fries are made fresh onsite and the shakes are pretty darn good. Not much in the way of selection, but if you are in the mood for burgers and fries this is much better then most comparatively priced fast food places.

Excellent place to have a quick bite. Staff are friendly and polite. Place is busy, but efficient. Staff was constantly cleaning and keeping areas clean. Double burger was good worth the bucks. Fast service and the place was semi crowed yet not confusing.

My favorite fast food joint on the west coast. Burgers are 5 stars. They make it the way you want it. If they mess your order up they will make it right. Every time i eat here i feel like i need to go to the gym afterwards to burn some calories haha.

First Time at In-N-Out. Fries were great - burger was good if a bit salty. A little better than 5 guys or smashburger ( and cheaper ) - very similar to shake shack ( in-n-out is also cheaper ). Probably the best fast-food burger I have had.

In-N-Out is always delicious!!!! In Utah, they just dont taste the same as the locations in California and Arizona. Love this place! I always suggest the triple, animal style with a neopalitan shake. Animal Style fries are also delicious!

Secret Menu? Yeah its great, their neopolitan milkshake is awesome and their outdoor seating is good. Next to Dutch Bros you dont see such a crowd as you do & will at In N Out. From Cali to Arizona, this place draws the flock or people!

In N Outs food and customer service will never fail to disappoint me, SO much better than most of todays other fast food restaurants. I recommend animal fries and an animal style burger with a chocolate vanilla mixed milkshake

The manager offered help to all other kids execpt mine. He kept looking at us with no smile.........I felt there us a bit of racial implecations to this. Go to another place in a more ethnic area of town.

OUTSTANDING. Able to get a cheeseburger with NO SALT. Fries crispy also requested NO SALT. Both done perfectly. Friendly staff...spotlessly clean. Dinner for two...$8.00
